Townhome was much bigger than expected, four bedrooms were perfect, Was convenient to everything that we wanted to do in Knoxville. A Dopo pizza around the corner is fantastic. Have to try it. Thanks!

We had a nice stay. It was a great property close to the stadiums and such. The rooms do not have fans of any kind, so you may want to bring one if you have trouble sleeping without. Also, the master is on the front of the house and it can be noisy all night. The property does have a noise machine, which helps and we were able to sleep pretty well, but it was an adjustment for us, as we live out in the country and are not accustomed to city noise. The guests who stayed in the rooms to the back of the property had no issue with this. The house sleeps 9ish people, but the living room furniture seats 5, so that was also a little tricky. But, all in all, it is a wonderful property and we would stay again

Beautifully restored home. The host are very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. A quick drive to the downtown, which is amazing. The freeway does make some noise and takes some getting used to when its time to sleep.

Great stay for visiting UT student

We had a great stay at this property. The house was beautiful and within walking distance to Old City and the new ball park. Close to Market Square and campus. The kitchen could be better stocked.

Overall the house was nice, however the neighborhood is located near a few missions, which sadly brings in a lot of homeless. The parking situation is another issue. The listing stated parking for your vehicle, however the parking spot is very narrow and goes around the building and the neighbors like to park there as well, making it very inconvenient as you will have to back into traffic to exit. The beds were comfortable and the space is nice, if only the property manager had a little more handle on the parking situation this would be rated higher.

Spacious and Comfortable

This house was great for entertaining family and friends who were also in town for graduation. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, check-in and other communication very easy. We hope to be back sooon!
