Quite simply the most ideal Vrbo for our family. Convenient, clean, quiet, great amenities, great communication and the place takes every detail into consideration. Fair price for a big game weekend. Highly recommend this lovely abode.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The check-in process was very easy, and the host was kind enough to let us check in early which was really helpful. The house was well stocked, including coffee, filters, spices, shampoo/conditioner and lots of towels. The host even left snacks and waters for us to enjoy. The location was great - very convenient to downtown Knoxville and UT. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked with snacks, water, and seasonings. We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the snacks and bottled water the host left for us.The rooms were comfortable, and the space felt open and inviting. The backyard patio was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with its fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating. The location was ideal, close to downtown and the university.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The host was great! She was willing to accommodate us if we arrived earlier than 3pm, due to us attending a graduation and traveling we wanted to change clothes. My sister accidentally locked the bottom door late night coming in and the host got us in within 10 minutes. The backyard was our favorite part! Talk about a cookers paradise and very serene! The hike had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
