Our stay was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked with snacks, water, and seasonings. We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10.

Erika was a great guest - communicative and responsible. I'm happy to rent to her again anytime.
This was a fantastic place to stay! The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the snacks and bottled water the host left for us.The rooms were comfortable, and the space felt open and inviting. The backyard patio was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with its fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating. The location was ideal, close to downtown and the university.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

About the host
Hosted by Rebecca Saldivar
I’m originally from West Tennessee, went to school in Middle Tennessee, and have called Knoxville home for the past 16 years since marrying my husband. We work in hospitality—together we run a catering business, and I’m also a REALTOR®—so creating welcoming experiences for people is something we truly enjoy. I love hosting and helping visitors experience the best of Knoxville. I take pride in providing a comfortable, inviting space and am always happy to share local recommendations.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently close to everything Knoxville has to offer. The area is known for its mature trees and quiet streets, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. At the same time, it’s just a short drive to downtown Knoxville, the University of Tennessee, great restaurants, and shopping.
What makes this property unique
What makes this home special is the blend of personality, comfort, and thoughtful updates. The colorful interior creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, while new windows, doors, and attic insulation help keep the home comfortable in every season. The outdoor space—with a fenced yard, propane fire pit, and gas grill—is perfect for relaxing evenings, and the home’s king bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and dedicated workspace make it both comfortable and functional.
