5 bedrooms offer 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Twins (which can be converted into an additional King) to sleep 10 comfortably. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms except the twin bedroom. 2-Story home with a Queen bedroom and full bath on the 1st level. 3 full baths throughout. South facing backyard with a heated pool*** and spa, Built in BBQ, wood burning outdoor fire-pit. All of this is located in sought after Kierland, walking distance to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, golf, spa, shopping, dining, nightlife and movies.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Please note $350/week ($1250/month) fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure.
***Pets allowed with approval only. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Location and convenience !
We rented the house with another couple and our dog for the month
of February. The house was clean, well furnished, and ready for
our scheduled arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and had all
necessary spices, cleaning supplies, etc., to get us started.
There was an abundance of high-quality towels, sheets, and comforters,
and the beds were very comfortable. Wes greeted the group to tour
the house and demonstrate the operation of locks, TVs, internet,
etc., and also did some minor repairs for us to make things fully
operational. The online description and photos of the house
are accurate. The house has been well maintained and is very
comfortable. Yard service came every other week to maintain
and thoroughly clean the grounds. Given the colder
than normal February weather, we did not get to use
the pool, but we enjoyed the outdoor patio area. We
did use the gas BBQ several times without issues.
This is a relatively quiet, moderately upscale
neighborhood of very similar, well-maintained homes, but
there was some amount of daytime road noise from a nearby
street and airport noise from users of the nearby
executive airport. It is a great location. It is
good for walking, with a large golf course 1 block away,
a nearby park, and plenty of sidewalks with pet waste stations.
And it has supermarkets and smaller restaurants within
walking distance and plenty of higher-end restaurants
and shopping less than 1 mile away. Overall a very positive
experience - would rent again.

This was the second time we have rented this property. It is in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping and Scottsdale attractions. The house was clean and provided ample room for family who came to visit for part of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Very poor property management and customer service
Property was OK, but a few items were broken when I arrived - One of them I was subsequently charged for, which was ridiculous.
I do not recommend this property based on the lack of any professionalism in customer service and unresponsive property management.

We are saddened to see this type of review. This guest stayed with us for 6 weeks or so and upon checkout we found the oven door to be broken, a heat ring left on the wood dining table and about 10 pounds of dog feces in the back-yard. All of this needed to be repaired and cleaned up; and we charged the guests accordingly for the repairs. Sadly the guest did not agree with the charges and thought it was OK to leave all of the dog feces in the yard for us to deal with before the next guests arrive. We strive to make every guest experience a good one; and to make sure the property is in great shape on arrival. I hope you can take this review with a grain of salt. The last thing want to do is to have to use some of the refundable security deposit; but when items are damaged or dog feces left; then it needs to be handled... Thanks for your understanding.

perfect seperated air conditioning Systems for 2nd and 1rst floor , big space for 8-10 visitors , perfect pool and central Kirland Location 5 mins to Safeways and Frys .if traveling with 6+ People i would immidiatly rent it again ..Had a Problem with water flodding from upper shower into Garage and an blocked toilet and the housekeeper was there for us in 5 mins and organized professional help in 10 mins even on the Weekend ! 110Points from 100! best regards Arno Schindler , Germany !

Other than the unusually cold winter (Jan/Feb) we enjoyed our stay very much at the Latitude8 property. Myles & Wes were great to work with. Had a couple questions the first couple days of our stay, Wes responded immediately. House was well equipped, pool & spa worked well, cleaned weekly as was the back yard patio. Couldn't expect any more. Highly recommend, we'll definitely return to Latitude8 properties.

The only thing better than the weather for the time we were there was the House!Wes did a great job of welcoming us and watching over us while we enjoyed the property.The spacious house and the south facing backyard were perfect for our combination "work/vacation".The location of the property is walking distance from grocery/breakfast/sports bar...can't ask for much more.Enjoy your stay....we did!
