Property was as described. Backyard and house was perfect for hanging out and kept the family entertained the whole time between playing pool, swimming, basketball, pickleball and putting. Some usual rental wear and tear on the house, but it’s to be expected- I imaging this one is popular! The host was super responsive to the minor issues we had and they got someone out right away when it was needed. It was a great stay and we would be happy to rent again next time we are in town. Definitely a highlight for us.

Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking this property again. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, is spacious, and offers an incredible backyard with plenty to do. We especially enjoyed the the pool, basketball court, and pool table kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The host was excellent—communication was prompt, check-in was seamless, and any minor issues we had were addressed quickly. The only area that could use improvement is cleanliness. The house wasn't as clean as we expected upon arrival, and while it wasn't enough to ruin our stay, it did fall short of a five-star standard. We'd rate the cleanliness around 3.5 out of 5, while everything else—location, amenities, listing accuracy, communication, and overall experience—deserves 5 stars.
