Great condo. Location is perfect if needing to be close to ASU campus, but also great for local restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Pool in complex is a plus.

Everything was amazing. This condo is super cute and conveniently located close to ASU if you are visiting for graduations or to visit your student. We were there for a graduation and walked back from the venue, 20 minute walk. The area is very nice.

Such a great stay. Highly recommend. Clean, a nice 15-20 min walk to get to restaurants and Trader Joes for groceries. We used the pool a few times, which was easy to access with a provided key. Great, friendly communication with the host.

So much nearby, very easy to walk everywhere! It was nice inside just like the pictures but unfortunately the bedroom door didn't really close flush or lock, but it was set up nicely. The hairdryer didn't turn on either. The pool looked though I didn't have time to visit on my trip. The host communicated well and having filtered water was great. Easy to check in and out, I would stay again!

How it should be.

It was a perfect stay. I had a CrossFit competition on campus and it was a perfect walking distance. The apartment was clean, the host was so sweet. If you’re a fan of water pressure this is your place.

Overall good

Host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is nice. The only issue I had was the temperature was inconsistent and the thermostat is outside the bedroom so I needed to get out of bed to adjust the temperature usually every night.

We had a great stay at this condo. Modern, very clean, has everything needed. Very convenient location and walkable distance to trader Joe that we liked. The complex has a pool as well! The host was responsive!
