I am originally from Connecticut I’m down to Florida to go to college down in Tampa and decided to stay here as soon as my sons went to college. I moved out to Clearwater Beach and bought this property. It’s one unique property one of its kind old Florida it represents how things used to be. It’s not a house it’s not a condo. It’s one of three bungalows situated on the water with a private courtyard.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood represents many people who want to retire. It’s not a Trans Am neighborhood. Everybody walks to every ware and every place there are great restaurants sound that include the island grill and the Windward Grill. There’s also a Publix shopping center one block away a gas station, a church and a little neighborhood market kids can enjoy the Clearwater aquarium. That’s two blocks down the street.
What makes this property unique
Again, what makes this property unique is that it’s only one of three units and has its own private courtyard. The upstairs unit is separate from the other two units downstairs each unit has a garage and a private courtyard with plenty of areas to relax and sit on the water front and watch the dolphins each morning.
