Riverfront Luxury Cabin: Perfect for Snowshoeing/snowmobiling/skiing

This spacious 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking riverfront views and over 3300 square feet of living space, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings or large groups.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and ample cookware, perfect for preparing meals together. After a day of exploration, relax around the fire pit or enjoy the brand-new hot tub beneath the starry sky. Entertainment is plentiful with Smart TVs in every bedroom and three of the four living areas.

Whether you visit in winter or summer, The Buffalo River House is your gateway to adventure. During winter, warm up by the propane fireplace after snowmobiling or ATVing on the extensive trails nearby. In the warmer months, try fishing in the Buffalo River or explore nearby Island Park Reservoir, Henrys Lake, and Henrys Fork. Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance is a short 35-minute drive, perfect for day trips.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests with a variety of bedding options, including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds. Two washers and dryers make laundry simple, and conveniences like WiFi, a dishwasher, three refrigerators, and a gear-friendly garage enhance your stay. Note that air conditioning is available only in the upstairs king bedroom, with ceiling and floor fans and the cool mountain air providing additional comfort during the summer.

For families with young children, two pack-and-plays are provided; please bring your own linens.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove. Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
