We booked the property last minute and had a great experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and me, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

The condo was beautifully maintained...the view from the windows is amazing...good kitchen layout and accessories...very nice bedroom and mattress...the owner was very helpful and on time with all the information. The location in the building was very good as well...couple of doors from the elevator and on the left side which made it easier to walk to parking, pool and beach access.

Condo was exactly as presented. Well appointed. Everything needed for a stay including lotion (which I forgot) and a steamer for clothes. Location is excellent. A brief walk to the beach. A couple of hours from St. Augustine. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

We had a great trip!! Of the 30 years we have been visiting Amelia Island, this was the best!! Kellie made sure we had everything we needed. She was in constant communication with us. The extras she did to accommodate us was such a nice treat. We will definitely stay here again. It was everything that was promised and more. Excellent in every aspect!!
