The House

Townhouse on the beach. Beach of Boraceia in Bertioga
Enjoy your holidays with safety and comfort.
On the ground floor is the living room that accommodates the whole family, dining room with American kitchen equipped with new duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave and various utensils, a bathroom and the barbecue.

Upstairs we have 2 suites with balcony and ocean view, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
All rooms with ceiling fan.
The house offers 2 parking spaces 2 plus 2 parking spaces in front of the house with 24 hour security of the condominium.

The beach

Private beach very well preserved and surrounded by nature, the beach has very good infrastructure with shower of fresh water, many coconut trees, kiosks with familiar environment only 120 meters from the house.

The river

Inside the condominium passes the Red River with a beautiful area with wooden decks for fishing for sea bass and other fish.

The trades

We are 400 meters from the shops as bakery, pharmacy, super market (very good price), restaurants, subway, ice cream shops among others.
Inside the condominium we also have supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, restaurants and snack bar. The shopping center is 1100 meters from the house.

Logo na primeira rua do condomínio, muito bom para poder ir a pé a praia! Nereide, responsável pela casa, muito solicita e prestativa. O ponto negativo é para quem procura algo mais tranquilo, por ser bem próximo a entrada, há bastante barulho, acredito que por ser temporada também tenha ajudado a aumentar o barulho.

A casa possui 4 quartos sendo 3 com ar condicionado e tem ar na sala tambem, conforme o anunciado. Vou fazer uma critica construtiva: Esta faltando comprar talheres novos, pratos e panelas. Pois tem um prato de cada cor e talheres de varias cores e formatos, faltam facas e as panelas estão em um estado bem ruim. Precisam melhorar estes quesitos. Creio que com uns quinhentos reais vcs dao um bom grau nos itens que precisam ser trocados na casa e isto melhorara muito para quem aluga este imovel ( dica construtiva ). Estes itens merecem uma melhora da parte do proprietário para melhorar a estadia. O resto da casa condiz com o anuncio. Fica em frente ao mar.

Gostei bastante , a praia é perto da casa como o Marcelo tinha me dito, eu e minha família gostamos!

Casa teve uns problemas de infraestrutura espero que o proprietário arrume pois eu e minha família pretendemos voltar ano que vem! Adoramos a praia pois possui muita acessibilidade para minha família pois tenho idosos e deficientes. Em relação à casa , nos adoramos pois os banheiros são bons e possui utensílios da cozinha para a minha família toda. Os quartos tbm muito bons! Indico sim a casa para quem tem família que adoram passar uns feriado na praia!

O Marcelo (proprietário), desde o primeiro momento, foi muito solícito e cortês na negociação do aluguel. Casa quase pé na areia - 3 minutos à pé para chegar na praia, com todo conforto necessário para férias em família numerosa. Estrutura completa dentro e fora do condomínio, é possível fazer tudo à pé. Recomendo fortemente, pretendemos voltar!

Encontramos a casa ocupada!

Vou ser breve: Alugaram nós e para outra pessoa na mesma data, apesar da reserva no site estar no meu nome . Quando chegamos na portaria do condomínio já avistamos toalhas penduradas e uma van na frente da casa. Programamos a viagem por dois meses, viajamos por sete horas e encontramos a casa ocupada. O dinheiro foi devolvido, mas a decepção foi grande!

Condiz com o anunciado, sobrado funcional que atende perfeitamente o desejo de quem deseja passar dias agradáveis no litoral, imóvel limpo, churrasqueira coberta ao lado da cozinha, utensílios em ordem, tv com pacote completo, ótima sala, quartos bem divididos, e o que é muito importante, ao lado da praia, 5 minutos você está numa praia bem cuidada e limpa, com certeza indico e voltarei mais vezes, sem contar a simpatia dos proprietários que nos atenderam muito bem, fomos em 9 pessoas que ficaram muito bem acomodadas , uma das melhores estadias que tivemos. Muito bom!

Um belo sobrado, bem amplo, simples porém com tudo que se precisa. O condomínio é ótimo, bem tranquilo e o acesso a praia não podia ser melhor. Tem segurança e tranquilidade. O proprietário, Marcelo foi super bacana, tanto que rodou 400km só para trocar uma televisão da casa que deu problema. Todos gostamos muito da casa e da praia, certamente voltaremos.

Proprietário solícito, integro, disponível e atencioso. O imóvel dispõe de todas as características descritas na divulgação, encontramos o imóvel limpo, bem próximo a praia, possuía os utensílios necessários, sala espaçosa, colchões bons. Condomínio estruturado. Praia praticamente particular, águas claras, coqueiros. Ambiente familiar. Recomendo a outras pessoas.
