Part of the Village Collection at Lakeside Getaways, Le Manoir is part of our Lakeside Quartet—four cottages set on a private 10-acre wooded peninsula on Lac St. Pierre in Val-des-Monts, Quebec. Village Collection properties can be rented individually for an intimate escape or together for larger group gatherings, offering the perfect blend of privacy and community.
Set at the tip of a private 10-acre peninsula, surrounded by towering white pines, this is a spacious five-bedroom home. It has a comfortably furnished front veranda, with propane BBQ and a hot tub. Inside the house multiple gathering areas provide plenty of room for group meals and celebrations. There is a separate game area with shuffle board, all with a view of the lake. The large living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The capacious dining area will comfortably seat a dozen Guests. The kitchen is large, well-equipped and sized to fit the number of Guests who would be staying in this house.
Upstairs there are private bedrooms which ensure comfort and quiet when needed. The second floor also has a separate TV room and a private office space. A short stroll away is the private dock area with watercraft and swimming area.
All four seasons are spectacular here—from summer swimming, paddling, and fishing, to autumn hikes, winter skiing, and springtime lakeside walks. Shared amenities include a dock with swim platform, boating equipment, and plenty of outdoor seating. Just 40 minutes from Ottawa, Le Manoir is a lakeside haven for large groups looking to share time in nature without sacrificing comfort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Manoir! It was so bright and airy! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated! We skied all day and came back for a nice soak in the hot tub! Beautiful views! Made some great memories with family! I would definitely recommend this place. Our host was great to deal with!

The place is amazing and spacious. We enjoyed the fireplace everydat and went for a hike close by. I particularly appreciated to have linens and towels, and oil and spices in the kitchen, so many cottages don't provide anything these days. The views from the covered veranda are amazing. A very relaxing stay with family and friends. The only caveat is that the hot tub smelled strongly of chemicals.

We chose this beautiful venue in a very picturesque lakeside setting as a 3 night gathering accommodations for our family of 10 for our daughter's wedding.It easily accommodated our 6 adults and 4 young children and family dog. It is extremely well equipped for hosting such a group with something for everyone...including toys for the little ones and incredibly comfortable beds.The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and remedied our minor concerns in a very timely manner.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue and will no doubt be back again sometime in the future.

Best march break getaway

We had the most amazing time at this cottage during March break! We were two families staying together, and the space was perfect for all 10 of us. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We spent our days enjoying the outdoors with campfires, skiing at Edelweiss, ice fishing, and taking walks across the lake. The hot tub was a daily highlight for all of us. Indoors, we loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace after a day of adventures.It was also a huge bonus that dogs were allowed! Even our dogs had an amazing time here, enjoying the outdoors and being part of the family fun. The cottage truly had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We were originally booked for 5 nights, but we loved it so much that we decided to stay for an extra night! It was truly a getaway to remember, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

The wind in the white pine branches murmurs gently overhead. Watch the fireflies in the background or the night hawks overhead in the dusk as you barbecue a sizzling steak on the BBQ.
Relax on the dock during the day or by the fire-pit at night. Marvel at the myriad of stars in the night time sky far from the city lights. Our guests want to enjoy the fire-pit even in the middle of our winter nights! They happily bundle up and enjoy the sparks and crackling glow of the burning logs.
Discover our 5-bedroom lake-house on Lac St. Pierre, perfect for families and groups seeking a memorable getaway. This spacious cottage offers ample sleeping and hangout areas, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.
Enjoy stunning lake views from the sun-filled veranda or our large dock. Explore the lake with swimming, paddling and fishing. Unwind around at the fire pit at night. Close to amenities and attractions and just 40 minutes from Ottawa. It's Outaouais lake life at its finest.
All four seasons can be enjoyed here. Summer-time swimming and boating, not to mention cycling; winter-time skiing, boarding and snow shoeing; fall-time colours, and in spring-time, welcome relief from cabin fever. Who could ask for more?
