We also have a full set of glassware, dinnerware, and plates that comfortably accommodates a family of six, with additional pieces available in the cabinets as well. Unfortunately we weren't made aware of any issues until this review, which makes it difficult to make things right in the moment. Regarding the outdoor bathroom, it is clearly outlined in the listing description, so we want to make sure future guests know that information is available prior to booking. As for the beds, we have brand new memory foam mattresses which many guests find very comfortable. Mattress preference is truly personal and can vary greatly from guest to guest, so we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope your future travels are more to your liking. Our door is always open for guests who communicate with us along the way so we can make every stay the best it can be.
