Overall the property was very nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very effective and communicated very quickly with any needs or anything that we had issues with. The pool was crowded but to be expected over a holiday weekend. All said, a nice condo and I would stay here again.

Perfect location for a family friendly get away

We loved this condo for our beach trip. With a short walk to the beach and the beautiful pool it made the days easy and laid back. The added amenities of the pickle ball counts and restaurant with activities was a great additional to the trip. Highly recommend.

My dad, daughter, husband and I stayed at the location. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, the beach was very close, and there were very good restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and beautiful. We had a great time.

Hilton head stay

Very enjoyable trip. Everything we needed was there. Restaurants close by was good. The only thing I did not like is we heard children playing in the halls and slamming doors all day. But that had nothing to do with

The property was not ready when we arrived minutes before 4 o’clock. There was the minimal amount of towels to be used and to top it off the property smelled like sewage because they had left an open drain pipe during the remodel. I had to fix it myself while on property as to not smell the waste of every other guest in the building.

The property itself was very well kept and exactly as advertised — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside is that the listing stated “no hidden fees,” but additional charges were added, which was disappointing and misleading. I still thought the pricing was reasonable so as it was. It's my first booking through VRBO.

Could use simple amenities for the week like garbage bags, toilet paper, sponge, better hand soap, plastic wrap, etc. simple cheap things to make it a better experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you stayed with us and appreciate you highlighting the amenities. We understand how important it is to have the basics fully stocked for a comfortable week-long stay, and your comments about garbage bags, toilet paper, sponge, hand soap, and kitchen supplies like plastic wrap are very helpful. We’ll share this with our team as we review our starter kit standards to improve the guest experience. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and hope to host you again in the future.
