Perfect Getaway

This home was the perfect home away from home. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. This location was fantastic for visiting Disney and was a great retreat after the end of a busy day. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great family memories!

Our stay was great!! There were a few issues with the pool being heated as we had paid for it, and spent the first two days messing with that but the rental company was incredibly responsive and committed to prorate the cost for the two days and give us a credit. The instructions for checkin and checkout we’re clear and went smoothly!

Last minute booking!

We own a property in Reunion but there was an issue & we couldn’t use it for our stay. This property ended up being a great backup plan. The house is very spacious, well stocked & the pool was a bonus. We would book this property again.

Great house!

Everything accurately described. Great house. Definitely geared more for adults. No themed children's rooms but that was okay as there were no kids travelling with us.

Nice Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The photos are accurate and there was plenty of space for our group of eight. The hot tub only works if you pay to have the pool heated. We had issues with wasps and with the Wi-Fi connection but they were quickly resolved by the Jeeves property management team. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House

We had an amazing time at this Beautiful house for our 36th wedding anniversary with our family. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool and game room was amazing. Our flight out was delayed and the Jeeves was very helpful. Hurricane Ian didn’t stop us from enjoying our anniversary or this Beautiful house. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Last vacay before school

We usually vacation in Destin, FL. This year we picked Orlando as our last vacation before the kids head off to school. The house was in a great, convenient location. We used the nice sized pool everyday. The house was clean and spacious. The only thing I would add is an outdoor grille. We ended up pan frying our filet 😔

Incorrect information from reservation team member

The house was okay, true to listing photos and details. There were a few insignificant issues that are common to all rental homes this size (lukewarm water and a few bugs). Our complaint is that we were told this house was owned by a resort member and we would have access to resort amenities. We did not. Our plans were greatly affected as a result.

Family get together

This trip was to celebrate my sister’s birthday since our parents passed and couldn’t be here for it. This property was great. The description of the property said heated pool and bbq grill. What it failed to say is that both are added costs. We sent pictures of the property description to them and we are still waiting to hear back. The pool heater didn’t work. We called several times regarding this matter and finally the pool company sent a man out. He was actually leaving the property when we told him that they had sent someone out to adjust the heat and it hadn’t worked. This guy went back to the heater and realized that he hadn’t fixed the problem a few min earlier. He made adjustments and it started working on our third day.
