This condo is in a great location - short walk to beaches, restaurants, shaved ice, etc. As a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) we were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We loved the great view!

207 Ocean Front

We stayed on a girls trip. The location and ocean view is fantastic. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops. There is beautiful beaches on both sides of the condo. We could see whales from our balcony. Turtles were easily viewed from the grassy area in front of the condo.

Family Vacation

This condo was located in a great spot with wonderful ocean views. You can walk straight onto the beach and see some turtles, or enjoy the beach! Just across the street, we were able to rent paddle boards and pick up the best cinnamon rolls ever! The condo fit our family of four comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with anything you need and the host provides beach chairs, towels and an umbrella.

Great condo/great location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views from the condo are beautiful and one can see turtles swimming in the ocean right from the lanai. Condo was well stocked for our stay (8 nights) and the only things we needed to buy, was our food. Place was very clean, AC worked great and no bug problems at all. For any snorkeling gear needs, Auntie Snorkel is literally right across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and great amenities

Condo complex lawn has quick and easy access to a great beach. Kihei was the perfect town for us, yes it is busy with tourists and souvenir shops, but not overrun like Lahaina, and it had a nice and mellow vibe to it. Condo was well stocked with boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Condo itself was clean, as described, and very comfortably laid out. You won’t be disappointed!

We have been to Maui several times and have stayed at different location in Kihei but this condo was by far our best choice. It was newly remodeled with all the extras. The view from the lanai can't be beat especially at sunset. I would highly recommend it. Sandy A.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Our stay at The Royal Mauian was a fabulous experience. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos - there were no surprises. The Kihei location was fantastic - close enough to walk wherever we wanted. Lots of turtles to see directly in front of the property. The beaches were great with soft sand and warm water. The rooftop patio and barbeques were a great addition and we were fortunate to meet many vacationers while we were there. The owner was wonderful to deal with and we would love to stay here on a future visit to Maui.

Great place

This condo is in the perfect place for the beach and sunset! Would most definitely stay there again. Only disappointing thing was we had requested to have the second bedroom beds pushed together to make a king, and it wasn’t done, however we were able to do it. Also, there could possibly be a few more beach towels. We felt like we were waisting water and detergent having to wash them everyday!

Renovated Oceanfront in Kihei

I know it seems strange to send money to a person/company in Oakland sight unseen, but after reading through the other reviews I decided to chance it. Glad we did! Everything worked out great and we had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo right on the beach. It was perfect for my elderly mother who needed an elevator and easy step-in shower. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the many turtles swim up to feed. This is a great place to stay if you're looking at Kihei. Aloha!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mauian. The location is perfect for going to the beach, snorkeling, watching the sunset and proximity to everything. Overall, I would return. PROS - kitchen fully stocked -spacious unit -A/C and fan in bedrooms and living room -unbelievable view especially the sunset -beach and pool access -beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards available for use -washer and dryer - restaurants and shops across the street CONS -sofa starting to sag -sofabed mattress - you can feel the springs (need a foam like the one in the second bedroom for a good night sleep) -A/C not very strong (set at 68 degrees) best to turn on the fan with AC to get better circulation

Oceanfront, renovated condo

Beautiful, unobstructed view of Maui sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The location is oceanfront in between two family friendly beaches. The owner provides boogie boards which were fun to use. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Get the kona bean coffee shake from S&Q's (trust me). The condo itself has been renovated. The washer and dryer were very convenient after going to the beach several times in one day. Great experience. Kihei is a gem and this condo is, also.

HOME ON THE ISLAND!!

We just returned from Maui and of course are missing #207--this was a grandparent trip w/ our 14 & 16 year old grandkids--we all loved it..the condo was great and comfortable for all, with enough space not like a hotel room can be. Our grandson did much of the grilling rooftop, which is a huge area with super clean grills. Having washer & dryer makes packing light easy. The owner has supplied beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cooler. The 2 full bathrooms were great to have as well. The owner is great to work with and goes the extra mile for you. aloha

Our stay at the Royal Mauian was the key to making our experience in Maui amazing!!

Our unit was exactly as pictured!! It was very clean, located in walking distance to many wonderful shops and restaurants, and the MOST amazing sunsets 🌅. Not to mention being nestled in between two great beaches and seeing sea turtles every day playing in the crashing surf. The owners left wonderful recommendations and were easy to correspond with; always prompt in returning a reply to questions. The unit had beach chairs, extra beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and noodles...all you need is yourself and the beach and you’re set. The appliances were up to date and no issues with function...a very well taken care of unit. If we ever return to Maui (and I really hope it will be soon) we would without a doubt rent this unit again hands down!!

Two weeks in paradise!

My husband, adult son and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The unit was very well equipped, clean and spacious. Just steps from the ocean on one side and restaurants. shops, natural grocery store on the other side - the location is amazing. It is a high density area, so be prepared for some noise (other people talking, kids) from other units and the beach, and also be prepared to keep your own voices low to respect others in common areas. Be sure to catch the sunset each evening from your private lanai…heavenly. Our hosts, Keiko & Tomoko, and Gaby (property manager) were wonderful! They are thorough, responsive and kind hosts. Mahalo! We will definitely be back! Aloha for now!

Perfect place to stay on Maui

My family's stay at this condo was the best week of our lives! Tomoko, Keiko and Gabby were all wonderful and very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and exactly as advertised. The views from the lanai are absolutely incredible, especially the sunsets. We loved watching the turtles ride the waves. The snorkeling right out in front of the condo was amazing! We swam with turtles and lots of beautiful fish every day. The location of this condo is ideal, no matter where you plan on going on the island. We personally preferred the Kihei area over any other part of the island that we visited. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful our stay at this condo was. We didn't want to leave, and are already planning a trip back. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend you do too. You won't regret it! Mahalo

A view that can’t be beat

This was our first time in Maui and we stayed at the Royal Mauian, unit 207 for a week. It was a short easy drive from the airport and we found parking to be easy and plentiful in the front lot. Upon entering the unit we were greeted by the most incredible view of the ocean and beach from the lanai. This view will never get old for us. We sat on the outdoor patio every morning watching the sunrise as we drank our coffee and every evening while we dined. The Kihei sunset is a well known attraction and we had the front seat to it every evening. The unit was clean and comfortable and the amenities were just as described on the website. We loved the location as it was close to nearby restaurants and stores and also a very short drive to the Pilani highway for our daily excursions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to any friends or family looking for a great place to stay in Maui.

One of the best views in Maui, and perfect location

The incredible panoramic view of the ocean alone was worth the price of admission. You can practically jump into the ocean from the balcony. When I walked in the front door I could not believe what I was seeing. It's not a side view, it's dead on. Also, it's the same view from the master bedroom. Every day we had breakfast and dinner on the balcony, and we were bathed and soothed by the trade winds, which by the way could not be a more perfect temperature. AC is totally not necessary. The location is very convenient. Out the back door is a long beautiful sandy beach. Right across the street is Snorkel Bob's, along with several restaurants and shops that carry clothing and ocean gear. Everything was right at our fingertips. Finally, we were 10-15 minutes from the best snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding. Oh…. and the kitchen was equipped with everything and anything we needed.
