The property is 6 minutes to Bretton Woods and the world famous Mount Washington Hotel. 12 minutes to Cannon Mt. and Echo Lake Beach. 30 minutes to Loon. Overall, you are within a half hour from Santa's Village, downtown Littleton, Storyland, Attitash, North Conway Shopping, Loon Mt, Whales Tale Water park, The Flume, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Moose Tours, zip line activities, hiking trails, Forest Lake, and much more. This gem has million dollar views of Mount Washington and views of three different Mountain ranges all together. You have town water and cable but you feel secluded and off the beaten path. Corridor 11 snowmobile trail is across the front yard for your convenience. Inside there are 4 flatscreens, exotic ceiling fans, a pass through field stone fireplace, darts, pool table, potentially a card table, and wonderful decks to soak in the view. The outdoor firpit with chairs is directly in front of the big mountain. Overall, an unbeatable setting to spend your White Mountain vacation. Don't let this pass by. This is one of the best if not the best house in this popular community. The property sleeps twelve and pets are welcome on a conditional basis. A fee and a larger deposit has to go with any pet. The house is new and there is no other way. You don't see houses like this for rent often so hurry and reserve your space. Feel free to call and negotiate the time and price. Home is expected to be left as it was except for cleaning. linens are provided. it's expected that any damage be reported and not left to be found. Finding damage will be much worse. Please report anything missing. We can get it promptly to not disrupt your vacation. Please abide by all laws. Size of fires, fireworks, ect. Please use common sense with garbage and robust odors. Leaving lobster outside, which has been done, will attract hungry wildlife. If we agree on a pet staying at the home it must be completely in control. The house is new and the security deposit will be strictly enforced with anything pet related. If the house has scratches, smells like a pet, ect. the security deposit will be withheld. This is something to think about considering fido on your trip. Also, checking out has to be strictly enforced due to another party checking in. This place was perfect. Roomy, clean and beautiful.

No complaints. Quiet, great location. Well stocked with plenty of games, books. Children love it. Balconies were great.

Peaceful and scenic location

Incredible log home with spectacular views of the white mountains. Large yard and deck for family and friends to be together, and within 30 minute drive to prime locations (Cannon/Echo Lake, Santa’s Village, Littleton, etc). Plenty of tvs in the house and fully equipped kitchen. Pool table was a bonus and fire pit in the yard was a great way to end a day up north. There is not much insulation between floors so you hear every footstep of those on the second floor. This is to be expected for a log cabin so it wasn’t a huge deal. The owner was easy to communicate with. Only reason for 4-stars on check-in is that the code to the house was not provided until after I reached out. Again, not a major issue, but something to remember for next time. Overall a 5-star experience and home. We will be back!

Amazing Time

I cannot say enough about this home. The online pictures do not do the property justice. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were in awe. Plenty of space for the 10 of us to hang out and relax. The views off the back deck are breathtaking. We sat out there every morning drinking our coffee and taking it all in. We will definitely be back again for another stay.
