About this property

Great Location 30 minutes from Storyland, Santa’s Village & North Conway

Large four bedroom four bath townhouse, sleeps up to 14, 12 in bedrooms plus queen size pull out couch in lower family room, the base rate is based on a maximum of 10, each additional person is $25 per person per night. Large great room with cathedral ceiling; fireplace; views of Bretton Woods mountains and ski-slopes (62 runs- longest 2 miles!) from great room and deck. This town house is not air conditioned. Fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy - no need to bring anything except your clothes or climbing/hiking/kayaking gear etc.. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans you will need; all new bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels/ washcloths (also new) provided, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish-washing tablets, large garbage bags, blender, coffeemaker and filters, all dishes, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, outdoor gas Grill(must be pulled away from Condo), gas stove & oven, 2 fridges with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, slow-cooker, washer, dryer - in fact everything you will need - just bring your stuff and relax! Important- We have carbon monoxide /smoke detectors on all three levels, they are powered by 120 volts with battery back-up( batteries were changed March 1, 2024). There is a outside security camera pointed at the parking lot.

Perfect spot for hiking, Santa’s Village and more!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious! My sister and I stayed with our families and had a wonderful time! Very impressed with the accommodations. We have stayed in the area in similar townhouses and prefer the layout and decor this one has to offer. Located within walking distance of Mount Washington Resort, great hiking trails and Santa’s Village within 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this property and will be back!

Family Weekend Getaway

Our favorite place to stay! We look forward to staying here every year. The condo has everything we need and the location is superb; in the middle between North Conway and Lincoln. The view of Bretton Woods is gorgeous and Mt Washington is right around the corner. We love to walk the Loop too. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

We attended a wedding at the Omni Hotel and this location was a perfect spot! We were able to shift between locations with ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a spot to stay in the area.

White Mountains Getaway

This property is awesome, spacious and comfortable with excellent views of Bretton Woods ski resort. We had a great time in the area tagging 5 of the 48 4,000 footers. Communication with Bob was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Love, love, love this place!

Perfect place for our family. Mid way between Franconia and North Conway. Beautiful location with beautiful view. Rental had absolutely everything we needed included pots and pans, spices, utensils, small appliances. Can't wait to return!

We have been coming to the Bretton Woods areas for the last fourteen years doing seasonal renting. We purchased a three bedroom unit ten years ago and have now required more rooms for our expanding family.

Why they chose this property

Omni Mt. Washington Hotel all two minutes away. Extremely clean and well-kept house- you will feel proud to show your fellow guests the house you have chosen - we make sure of that. Many mountain touches but modern, and near everything you might need. We do suggest guests bring the bulk of their groceries with them, as the local convenience stores in Twin Mountain (5mins away) are a little pricey, but easy to grab anything you forgot . Fabyan's Station Restaurant two minutes away as well as the Mt. Washington Hotel two minutes in the other direction, which has several restaurants and bars. You never have to cook if you don't want to, but if you do you will have absolutely everything you need for sleeping, cooking, eating, drinking, bathing, as well as an outdoor gas grill, and a slow-cooker. There is also a large backyard and walking trails and tennis courts .2 mile walk.

What makes this property unique

There is a tennis court one minute walk from the house, also free. Extremely clean and well-kept house- you will feel proud to show your fellow guests the house you have chosen - we make sure of that. Many mountain touches but modern, and near everything you might need. We do suggest guests bring the bulk of their groceries with them, as the local convenience stores in Twin Mountain (5mins away) are a little pricey, but you can top-up with anything you forgot . The Mt. Washington Hotel two minutes in the other direction, which has several restaurants and bars. You never have to cook either if you don't want to, but if you do you will have absolutely everything you need for sleeping, cooking, eating, drinking, bathing, as well as an outdoor gas grill, and a slow-cooker. There is also a washer and dryer and an extra fridge for food separation, for overflow for the longer stays, as well as a coffee maker, coffee grinder and, blender.
This is our home away from home, we keep it clean so all can enjoy as well. You should leave it as you found it.
Just bring your clothes, your gear, groceries, and relax!
