Newly Renovated - Walk To The Beach & Restaurants!!

Marco Island Beach Getaway is excited to offer our Amber Beach House located on the South end of Marco Island!

Newly renovated three bedroom/two bath home is located on the South end of Marco Island. Our Amber Beach house location is considered one of the most desirable areas on the Island.

Enjoy the best of Marco Island in our newly renovated waterfront three-bedroom and two-full-bathroom home. Only minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico and pristine beaches! Located just 0.5 miles from the Winterberry Beach access point (only a 9-minute walk!) and within walking distance of many popular restaurants and shops.

Our Amber Beach house includes three bedrooms: a King master bedroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet, a Queen bed and a twin daybed, and a third Queen bedroom with a spacious closet. Sleep soundly on our new mattresses in all three bedrooms. The guest bath has a walk-in shower.

The Amber Beach House has a private, heated salt-water pool with expansive canal views, and a roomy lanai facing East to enjoy beautiful Marco Island sunrises. On the lanai is a dining table with four chairs, comfy chaise lounges for poolside relaxation, an electric fireplace, and an outside T.V. sitting area. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outside dining, and or cocktails.

After a day of exploring and enjoying the Island, come home and relax in our main living room, which features comfortable couches and chairs where you can enjoy watching a new 65 inch TV.

The dock is perfect for launching a kayak or paddle board, renting a boat, on site fishing (must have FL fishing License), or watching marine life. Guests do not have access to a boat lift. Rent a kayak or paddle board by the hour, day or week from Paddle Marco Island. They will deliver right to the house.

Our home may be new to the rental market, however, we have been hosting guests in our other beachfront rental properties since 2012. We are excited about our new addition and are eager to share it with you.

A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED APPROXIMATELY 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AS A CREDIT CARD HOLD. ASSUMING THERE ARE NO DAMAGES A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

We had a great stay at the Amber house. It is a perfect location to the beach and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and was super clean. We had four teen girls with us and they loved everything about this house - open kitchen, comfy sofas, pool and deck. Melissa was very easy to work with - very responsive and helped make our stay in Marco very enjoyable.

Amazing Stay In Marco

This was the 5th house my wife and I have rented on Marco since 2021 and by far our favorite. The home is spacious and more than we needed for just the two of us. We loved the open floor plan, with the dinning, living and kitchen areas all centralized. The home was fully stocked with all needed amenities and we were particularly impressed by the volume of cookware available. The screened in lanai and pool area was perfect for a lazy afternoon and dinner outside. Location is perfect, taking 10 minutes to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. 5 minute drive to the grocery store. During our stay there was no nearby construction taking place, which always feels like a risk when renting in Marco if you are looking for quiet during the daytime. Will definitely be looking to book again.
