We give this charming little retreat an honest 5-stars across the board for our stay! - It's a fully modern "tiny home," with a drop-down, very comfortable bed, well-organized and roomy bathroom and a full small kitchen. Location is a quiet semi-rural area near Evergreen College and less than 10 minutes to our meetings in Olympia. For us, MUCH much better and restful than a hotel room, with parking just outside the door. Another huge qualifier for us: the property is pet-friendly for our big friendly well-behaved dogs.
Madison reached out and answered my questions very quickly. The Tiny House was perfect for what we needed. It was 5 minutes from our family, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay completely.
The tiny home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and it was very easy to check in. The surrounding woods are peaceful and it was lovely to be so close to nature trails and the water.
This was a nice place to stay for my husband and I. We were looking for a place to get some rest during a long trip and this place worked out great. It is close to stores so we could pick up a few groceries and fix a meal. It is very clean and well stocked. The host answered all my questions very quickly. We were very happy with our stay.
Very clean tiny home. I was unfamiliar with the Murphy bed setup with the couch but all turned out well. Very quiet wooded area in a lovely area of Olympia with easy access to many amenities. Kitchen was well stocked (coffee :) ). My two nights there with my two dogs was very comfortable. Hostess responded immediately to any questions/concerns. Last question wanted me to rate the pool but I saw no pool and the temps would not have enticed me to get into one unless it was heated. It was a pleasant stay.
I recently stayed in this cozy tiny house and had a wonderful experience. The place had its own private entrance and parking spot, which made access super easy. Inside, everything was thoughtfully laid out—a small but functional kitchen, a comfy Murphy bed, and a surprisingly spacious bathroom.
The space was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials: clean linens, towels, dishes, and more. It honestly felt like glamping with the comfort of home. There’s both AC and a heater, so the temperature was always perfect.
The surrounding area is peaceful and felt very safe, which made the stay even more relaxing. Madison was an excellent host—attentive, friendly, and checked in on us occasionally to make sure everything was going well.
I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and comfortable stay!

Great location. Now the rest....If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Houston, this is not it. Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. I guess I can say that the one good thing about this property is the comfortable beds. But bring earplugs because nights are extremely noisy. The No Party and Quiet Hours per the rules on the booking make it sound like it may be a quiet place to rest, but that only applies to you. And no one else in the multi-unit rental nor the neighborhood. The entire property is pretty dingy and dirty. While it may sleep six adults, it does only have one tiny 3/4 bath with zero counterspace. The small bath towels available were on their last legs. Not to mention, the faucet runs on a trickle and the soap dispenser was empty. The kitchen wasn't much better with an unattached faucet fixture. If you're ordering food to be delivered, you may want to request some more silverware as there are only two mismatched forks and two mismatched spoons. Plenty of dull steak and butter knives though. And a bath mat as a kitchen towel. The "cleaners" did add that magic fold to the (one-ply?) toilet paper, so there is that. Also, check in is at 5PM, unless you want to pay extra for Early Arrival. Check out 10am, unless....Yea.

Hi, I believe this review may have been intended for a different property since our place is not located in Houston, wasn’t reserved during Halloween, and only sleeps two. However, I hope you did enjoy your stay with us in Olympia, Washington.
I am originally from Tacoma Washington but I moved to Olympia in 2021. After I met my husband we bought our tiny home and kept it on my family’s property to have our own space. We lived in it for a year before we found out that we were having a baby! We now rent our tiny home out to travelers both short-term and long-term and really love sharing how beautiful this area is.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is very quiet and serene. We have lots of old growth trees and nature in the neighborhood as well as on the property. I love waking up and hearing the birds and seeing the baby deer. I enjoy how natural the environment is as well as how close it is to the city of Olympia.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because it is surrounded by nature but also conveniently located only 15 minutes from the city! Our tiny home is custom built with very unique features.
