We had a family gathering over Thanksgiving and the large table was very nice and appreciated. Host was very prompt with communication and most everything we needed was there. Would stay again!

Thank you for allowing us to host your family gathering! We have appreciated your sincere communication and thoughtfullness while staying in the Sweet Retreat.
Clean, remarkably spacious and within walking distance of the historic downtown, that's for starters. My Spouse and I had weekend business in Louisville and Lagrange is just a short hop down the road, but with less traffic, another plus. We highly recommend.
The house is super cute! The renovation and decorations are very nice. Large dining table gave us room to all sit around and chat. Beds were comfortable. True to pictures.

Thank you for staying at The Sweet Retreat and for your helpful communication during your stay.
I don’t normally leave reviews after a stay, but this experience deserves it! Just a quick stay but could not have been pleasant and perfect for our needs. Not only was the residence beautifully decorated, it had all the amenities you could ask for and more. The location was excellent and in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We just loved it and hope to have another visit soon! Thank you Sweet Retreat! We’ll be back!
Easy access to the home and within walking distance to the quaint town of La Grange. Enjoyed the baked bread that was a pleasant surprise. Property owner was prompt in mailing back to me a bag I had left on the property. Suggestion would be to remove the area rugs in the living area if there will be a guest staying using a wheelchair for mobility. Overall, wish more homes were wheelchair accessible as our experience with the Sweet Retreat.
