(CITQ 305753 - You rent the whole house) Welcome to Quebec city with your kids and extended family. WE ONLY ACCEPT FAMILIES.

We have the good mix between fun for kids and relaxation for parents! To visit Old Quebec, Chateau Frontenac, Montmorency Falls, Village Vacance Valcartier with water slides or just for slow travel because Quebec city as so much to offer.

Our house is a 5 bedrooms kids friendly home with toys to share, fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals and space for everybody. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: master with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom #2 with queen bed and beach theme bedroom with queen size bed as well. In the finished basement there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed (double bed). Bathroom on every floors. Families love to come here. We are non-smokers and we want our house to stay like that.

Our house is tested by a active family and kids (we have kids too…!). It is fully equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioning, high speed internet and hot tub. We are located 5 minutes from the Quebec city airport (YQB- Jean Lesage Airport), 15-20 minutes from Old Quebec in a quiet and enjoyable family neighborhood. In summer there is a public park nearby with outside water features and a beautiful preserved forest all along the local river just 4 minutes walk from our home. The house is fully equipped to cook your own meals and save on restaurants costs. We made it warm, clean and cozy, a nice place to create family vacation memories and/or to unwind after day trips in the area. Booster seat, toys and a pack and go daybed for kids already onsite.

The backyard is our oasis! We garnish it with flowers, palms trees, hot tub, bbq, trampoline and a home made table that can accomodate 10 persons for your meals outside under our covered porch to extended your nights out! FAMILIES ONLY. Maximum 8 guests in the house. Our house is safe, well maintained and comfortable. We have no pet and our air system is cleaned every year.

Our house rules: family with kids only, no smoking of any kind in our house, no parties or events, no pets. You rent the whole house.

Wonderful host and a wonderful home! Plenty of space for our family of 7. All the bedrooms were well appointed and suited us perfectly. The home had everything we could have wanted and the hot tub was a huge bonus for our older kids in the winter. The hostess very gracious and communicative. Would absolutely recommend anyone traveling to QC stay here.

The host Melanie answered all our inquiries and gave detailed information on her home,the check in and where to have breakfast or dine and places to visit!So very helpful! Also everything in the home was exactly as described and then some!The home is Very clean inside and out,very tranquil,and the kitchen is fully equipped! Strong wifi access and well situated to get around by car, all excursions were no more than 20 to 30 min away.Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful house close to the airport

Large house with room for a family of 5 with a little bit of appeal for everyone. Gorgeous backyard oasis with a large deck, hot tub, grill, trampoline and lots of pretty flowers. Inside, beds were very comfortable and furniture was well appointed. The house is in a cute suburb with peaceful surroundings. A great place to stay!

Wonderful house and hosts!

This house is modern, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for a family trip with toys, books, trampoline and jacuzzi for our daughter to enjoy. The host even provided an infant crib for our 6 month old, already set up and waiting for us. I'd highly recommend the house and hosts to anyone looking to explore the Quebec City area.

Perfect winter holiday getaway

My family group of seven (five adults, two children) stayed here very comfortably between Christmas and New Year's in 2022. The house was cozy yet spacious and very nicely decorated for the holidays. Relaxing in the hot tub as snow gently fell in the evenings was a particular highlight almost every night. The drive into downtown Quebec City was very manageable for day trips and we also enjoyed the great restaurant and bakery recommendations provided by our host. Overall, a great winter vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time in Quebec. It was nice to have a house to spread out in after having stayed at a number of hotels on our trip. The kids loved having a trampoline and hot tub to play in during the evenings after having spent the day out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The only unexpected thing was that this is someone’s home and there were a lot of personal photos around the house.

The house was great and beds were so comfortable. It was farther away from old Québec than I expected maybe 25-30 mins. But that could be due to traffic and construction in the area. The home looked exactly like photos and was in a very nice neighborhood. It would have been nice to have a paper copy or welcome book of general info about house/area.

Great family stay for 3 generations! Perfect!

This home was perfect for the 7 of us; two grandparents, our son and wife, and 3 children aged 11,8, and 4. There is plenty of room for the young family to stay upstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths) and grandparents in the basement (2 bedrooms and full bath). The basement bedrooms were very clean and quiet, the beds were super comfortable. Scrupulously clean throughout. Kids loved the big trampoline and there were lots of toys for them as well. Everyone loved the hot tub and covered outdoor dining area. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, pans, handtools, etc. A well appointed patio for unwinding too! Great location for either the Old Town or outdoor areas like Jacques Cartier park. Close to grocery store and other shopping. Quiet safe neighborhood...we felt right at home. Our host provided lots of helpful information such as where to park in the historic district, and lots of local information on restaurants, etc. WiFi was good. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing house and location! Made is a fantastic trip.

The house is amazing and exceeded expectations. The house had plenty of space for the 8 of us and was fully stocked for anything we needed. The house is exceedingly well maintained and furnished and we didn't have any issues. We stayed with another family in January to be in the snow for January - and were able to have the kids play in the snow in the backyard and enjoy the hot tub as it was snowing too.The owners were super nice, helpful and communicative. Letting us know things to do, places to each and other recommendations. The house is very centrally located just outside of Quebec City - quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the city or to the ski resort or snow tubing hills. Everything was a quick drive.I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Quebec City - it really helped make out trip amazing.

Fantastic Family Fit!

We stayed 5 nights with our 3 sons - ages 10, 12 and 15. This house was perfect in every way - clean, comfortable, spacious, homey and well appointed. We loved having lots of space, entertainment on demand, and being able to cook and do laundry. The trampoline and hot tub were an excellent way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with a park nearby. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience at their home and in their city. They provided detailed suggestions of where to go, shop, and eat in advance of our arrival. Once there, communication was easy and we were able to get answers to any questions quickly. They even rushed over a replacement coffee maker when there was a small problem with the one there. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and fun!

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Home!

We recently stayed at this stunning house with our family of four, including two older teens, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was beautiful, with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate us comfortably. It was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which was a pleasure to use. Excellent Host and Well Maintained Property

Our group, five adults and one 12-year old, chose Québec City for an August family vacation this year. We were very pleased with the condition of the house. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The hot tub and trampoline were a helpful diversion in the backyard which was surprisingly private for a neighbourhood house. It's probably common construction, but the air conditioning isn't central air. The main floor unit covered the area well, but the upstairs unit at the top of the stairs was a little underpowered to reach three bedrooms on our hot August nights. The neighbourhood was safe, quiet, and close to the airport. We did have to plan our trips to the old city, because with summer traffic the drive time was closer to 25 minutes. Our host was kind and helpful in every way. Communication was outstanding, and sending us a few sleeves of our favourite Nespresso during our stay was a nice touch. All in all, an excellent trip and a great value for the money.

Magnifique !!

Where do I start!? There are so many fantastic things to mention. This is a magnificent and wonderful home. Everything was as described but I truly feel the images do not do the home justice!! It is so much better in the real. The home was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. It was spotless!! Everything was in place and worked. Delightful decor and beautiful rear garden and deck with soothing hot tub. Extremely comfortable beds. The home was cooled by AC (we turned off as it was already cool weather) and a very safe neighborhood for families. This is not a party house. It is in a residential area and has strict rules. This is exactly why we booked the home. We wanted peace and quite family time…. And we got more than that. The other reason was no pets. The owner/host (Melanie) is simply amazing!! She is so considerate, kind, and honest! - you could not wish for a better host. If everyone was as amazing as Melanie, the world would be an even better place!! We feel truly blessed we found her place and stayed there. It is close to many amenities and access roads. Lots of local restaurants within driving distance. We visited the waterfall, rode the cable car, did some nice shopping, and had great food!! Such an amazing time that we are sad to have left. We really hope to stay again real soon!! Fantastic family home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, well appointed home, with a lovely backyard and in a kid friendly neighborhood. My granddaughter was in seventh heaven; playing with the many toys and jumping on the trampoline. We loved our dinners on the deck , listening to my sons singing and playing guitar! Melanie was the perfect host. She was warm, friendly, and responded quickly with detailed answers to our questions. We would highly recommend this property! And we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our first visit to Quebec City. Easy access to all areas of QC, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and nice, and the home is clean and in excellent condition. The host is very gracious and helpful. Summer week in Quebec City

We have used VRBO each summer for the past ten years to spend a family week or two at a pleasant location where we can embed in the local culture while enjoying creature comforts. This home met or exceeded our expectations. The home serves as the primary residence for the owner, so it is equipped with great TVs, WiFi, hot tub, kitchen equipment, and furnishings. My teenager kids loved the unexpected trampoline in the back yard. The location of the house is convenient for day trips to Quebec City, Jacques Cartier National Park, and drives up the coast and into the mountains. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful summer week in Quebec City

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home situated on a quiet cul-de-sac next to a park and within walking distance to the local market. We have stayed in VRBO homes around the world for the past decade; and this home is on par with the best of our experiences. The home is very well equipped in the kitchen and has all the amenities (Apple TV in multiple rooms, large flat screen TVs, great WiFi). My son and I relaxed in the hot tub under the stars at night. Surprisingly, my teenage kids loved the trampoline in the backyard. We found the location ideal for day trips to Old Quebec, Jacques Cartier National Park, the Aquarium, and Ile d'Orleans. The owners are very responsive and care greatly for their home and for your stay in it. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay with family

We had a wonderful stay here with our children. It is a beautiful house with lots of room for people to sleep. It is clean and well equipped. The drive is about 20 minutes to the Plains of Abraham. Perfect for an enjoyable stay in Quebec City!

A beautiful home with perfect location!

The home was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, and was decorated beautifully. The location was perfect - it was a 20 min. drive into Old Quebec and was 1/2 hour from other destinations we wanted to go to (Montmorency Falls, The Valcartier Water Park, the Aquarium). The owner Melanie went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She gave us awesome recommendations of places to eat and even offered us to extend our stay a night because we came a day later because of sickness. She checked in often to ask how things were going and if we needed anything and was always available to us as needed. I highly recommend this home to anyone - it was amazing with lots of flowers and a gorgeous outside seating area. We really felt at home.
