Condo was clean other than one of the toilets. Management was very nice and helpful. We brought the boat and used the dock which was well lit and offered domestic water and electrical. Communication was excellent.

The condo was perfect. Beds were comfy. Nice and clean condo and complex. Plenty of boat parking was a plus since we came by boat. Could not find a broom so we could sweep. Please stash one in a closet.We Loved our stay and Will be coming back!!!

We spent a wonderful week in this condo and will definitely be back in the future. Condo is in a perfect location, very spacious, and has an amazing view of Cotton Bayou. The accommodations are very clean and well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is very nice, and we spent a lot of time at the gazebo and at the pool. Kids really enjoyed fishing off of the dock in the mornings, and I enjoyed being able to watch them from the balcony while having my coffee. Thomas is a great host and very responsive.
