Excellent location next to the beach, apartment was clean and exactly as described. The host Gia wasvery responsive. All in all, a great vacation home base, my wife and I enjoyed our time here immensely.

Our host was super responsive and the condo was in great condition. The view was beautiful! Even with it being on the 14th floor, the elevator was super quick and everything was easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean with an awesome view of the beach. A little trouble getting the unit but once we talked to property manager was able to get the correct info. The unit was also cold and comfortable. Host was easy to contact and very responsive.

The location was great if you like the metro vibe. Located near beaches and everything else. Close to the ferry. Host was very responsive and helpful as we booked this one day before the flight. View is beautiful. Can get noisy at night with windows open so run AC. Staff downstairs were very friendly. Great location to get in and out of

Playa Azul condo review

Nice, modern renovation with good views of El Yunque and ocean. There was a slight issue with check-in, but that was quickly resolved with the host who was very responsive. Easy walk to very good local restaurants. Beautiful large beach.

Fantastic location and beaches

Apartment very nice but much of building under construction and in poor condition- could be a concern to those used to a 5 star resort environment. But we will come back for the beaches and proximity to El Yunque. Host very responsive.

We are undergoing a full renovation. As you know, there was no noise. The work is on the outside of the building. Many buildings are undergoing renovations in all areas, as the insurance companies didn't pay enough to fix them, so we had to do it ourselves.huge assessments passed on to the owners. This is not a five star resort it's a beautiful area in a fishing town which is becoming a huge destination for those ,like you who appreciate our natural beauty and amazing location, once completed,this building will be a gorgeous building, I thank all my guests who understand the nature of living in a hurricane prone Islandand still love us even when we are in the process of making our building beautiful.

Nice place

Stayed for three nights and everything was great. It’s in a pretty cool area of Puerto Rico as well. This was our first time on the Island and we started out staying here as we made our way around the Island The condo was perfect for us and was clean and very reasonable. I would stay again no problem. The area is pretty cool as well, nice beaches and a lot of food places to choose from. Near rainforest as well
