Our newly renovated, historic 3 fl. townhouse has new appliances, 3 bathrooms, great light, high-speed wifi internet, and Apple TV. It has hardwood floors, a stainless steel kitchen, long dining table, cozy living room, great light, an office, 3+ bedrooms, etc...
Hamilton Heights, or West Harlem, is a beautiful, safe, diverse and quiet neighborhood with great food options and near Hudson River Park, CUNY and Columbia. 3 blocks from the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D subway lines. 20 minutes to Downton
The space
Our house was built in 1920, but has undergone a thorough renovation this year, with new appliances, refinished floors, repainted walls, and all new fixtures. It has great light, is on a quiet block, and has plenty of closets and storage.
Guest access
You will have full access to all three floors of our house. There is one closet that we will lock, where we will keep our possessions while you are in the house.
Hamilton Heights, or West Harlem, is a beautiful, safe, diverse and quiet neighborhood with great food options and near Hudson River Park, CUNY and Columbia. 3 blocks from the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D subway lines. 20 minutes to Downton
