Behind the cabin, Spring Cove is a peaceful tidal cove that is great to explore when the tide is out. Our cabin is one of 12 on the cove. The cluster of cabins is an easy 1.5 km walk from Ucluelet and across the road from Terrace Beach.
Having your own vehicle definitely makes exploring Ucluelet and area easier, but you can walk from the cabin and there is a taxi service. There is also Tofino Bus Service to help you get around.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 10 year anniversary!! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the amazing views from the hot tub, played games in the driveway and sat on the back deck enjoying the sounds of nature! Everything is so close by (especially with a vehicle) beaches, hiking, cute little spots in town to check out!! Coming back to a cozy cabin was the icing on the cake!Highly recommended spots in Ukee while you're staying!!Adventure spots:- Terrace beach if you have a kayak or paddle board - hiking around the lighthouse loop- ucluelet aquarium!!! The coolest catch and release aquarium (I call it the fish hotel because of the short stay of the creatures)- driving to cox bay beach in TofinoFood spots:- At the Point restaurant in Tofino for a tasting menu, best food I've ever had in my life!! - Howler's Family Restaurant downtown ucluelet, great vibe and free pool tables! Good for a night on the town!- The Break, for breakfast! Absolutely amazing pastries and the brunch was to die for! Highly recommend the Turkish eggs and the beef dip for the meat eaters out there!! We will be back to check out everything we couldn't this time ! Thank you for the wonderful cabin .
Booking and checking in went smoothly. There was even a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome! We enjoyed our 2 weeks there. The hosts checked in to make sure we had what we needed. All was great.

About the host
Hosted by Brenda and Gary Cooper
We have travelled and lived in many places, but nowhere matches the beauty and sense of peace offered by the west coast.
Initially Gary was the only surfer in the family and having access to surf made him feel closer to his Australian roots. Now we have all enjoyed surfing and our youngest daughter heads out with him every time she can.
We have been hosts for more than 10 years and love connecting with travellers from around the world.
Cheers, Gary & Brenda
