Beautiful location, close to town and the pemi. The condo was comfortable for our family of four with plenty of amenities. The only thing missing was a pool :)
We brought our 15 and 17 year old skiing and this condo was perfect location with everything we needed. Easy access to mountain via the shuttle or you can climb a small snow hill directly across the road to the timbertown quad (I believe they are working on a ramp/walkway but it wasn’t cleared yet). Condo is exactly as described. Thank you!
Location and the Suite were great. However, the fireplace and oven do not work properly, the drain was clogged, and there are no wine glasses, so bring your own. The front door lock broke and we were stranded outside the unit. Lucky for us I had the local property manager's phone number on my phone after calling her to fix the blocked drain! She sent over someone rather promptly, however not with a key. Fortunately, unfortunately a neighbor heard us outside and promptly opened our door with his key. So we really had no security of any of our belongings while staying there.

Hi Bruce! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I wanted to clarify briefly as I think communication lines may have crossed. The keypad lock did malfunction, and I am very sorry that happened. We have since installed a backup lockbox just in case. I was about 30 minutes out with the key, but my assistant was at the next building over, so I sent her first to see if she could help until I got there. The "neighbor" with a key was the building manager for our condo association. Every condo with attached units has a master key system in case of emergency, such as a water leak. Guest security is of utmost importance to us. We immediately addressed the drain, which turned out to be an issue with the disposal which was a quick fix, and we had the fireplace serviced to make sure there were no issues we weren't aware of. Thank you again for your feedback, you were very pleasant to communicate with and we would love to host you again in the future.
We loved our stay! We were there with our adult children and girlfriends for a long weekend skiing. The ease of getting on the mountain was such a fantastic bonus and my son was first chair each day. The pictures make the condo look so much smaller than it is. Very comfortable beds and we loved sitting all together watching movies. Also the shower pressure was great. They do need better bath towels though. Very small. Bring slippers as the floors are cold with the cold temps but we also don’t like it too hot to sleep.maybe others would turn the heat way up. It gave us everything we were looking for. The only down side and this has nothing to do with the owners but the complex’s shared hot tub was less than desirable. It had an old cover that was falling apart into the hot tub and trash was left in it from the previous users. Felt and looked dirty. Just not what we expected from the overall property. We would definitely rent again for the location and quality accommodations. Thank you.
The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We all necessary amenities. We had an issue with the oven, but the host was able to work with the maintenance team to get it working within 24hrs.My only critique is I wouldn’t quite consider this a “ski-in/ski-out” house. It is within walking distance to the lift, but you need to walk up a trail and up a small hill to get to the lift. You can’t ski right to the property entrance. But, still easier than parking in the parking lot and taking shuttles. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend this location and rental property!
