The place was perfect for our needs; very spacious, bright, clean, and exactly as pictured, with excellent views. The building and area felt safe, and the location was very convenient, close to the train as well as plenty of cafés, restaurants, and parks. The host was excellent to communicate with: very responsive, quick to answer questions, and the instructions were always clear. Would happily stay here again.

Great spot to be located in NYC. Hosts were excellent. Appreciated the early bag drop off and key pick up so we could start exploring the city and right away. Building felt very secure. NYC noisy, as to be expected, but interior noise from residents and other travelers was zero.

Host cancelled on us after the time we were able to check in and has essentially been ignoring since when trying to get our money back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property tremendously. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). Having the kitchen, living room, and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms was great to keep everyone comfortable but still spend time together. We considered reserving 2 hotel rooms in the city to be comfortable, but this was certainly a better option for providing both comfort and quality family time. The amenities were wonderful and the host was very kind and helpful. The property was in a great location and all our activities were within walking distance. It felt safe for a family. I would recommend to others and would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this luxury apartment! It was clean, spacious and well decorated. The 2 bedrooms and living room are all corner rooms with big windows for breathtaking views. Watching sunset and sky changing without being disturbed by other tourists was really a treat．The only downside was our son did not want to go out, so we wasted 3 tickets for a puppet show!Brian is a very responsible host. He response quickly and determined to help. The doormen were also friendly. Quick and mostly empty elevators were also appreciated.Definitely recommended and will stay next time.

The rooms were very clean, and it’s a huge penthouse right in the center of midtown Manhattan. Communication with the host was incredible and they went out of their way to take care of us. It’s honestly a steal for the price that we paid.
