The condo was well appointed and clean. The wrap around deck was wonderful.and the view was beautiful. The master shower was amazing. However…The guard was not very helpful in telling us where our condo was located at check in or how to get our grocery delivery. The rocks made it impossible to use the beach except at low tide so we only had a couple of good hours a day on the beach. The condo is very hot. We had to keep the blinds closed all day and the master suite would not cool down at night unless the bedroom door was open to the den with the fans running on high. Construction was taking place on the building during peak season. The dishwasher does not work. The pool below the condo is not for renters which is falsely advertised on VRBO AS WELL AS LACKING INFO ON THE BEACH ROCKS.

I've stayed in many condos and by far this was the worst experience. I'm not a picky person. Sister in law and I were there for a girls week. It needs many many repairs. Shower head in master bath is falling down. Ceiling fan in living area sounds like a helicopter. Mold/mildew in ice maker dispenser. Had to use sliding door from bedroom, could not get door from den open. Wood table and chase on balcony falling apart, literally. Not allowed to use pool directly behind condo as shown on the website. But, the kicker we went from Saturday check in to Tuesday afternoon without an air conditioner. It was 80 degrees when we got there and did not go below 77 until the entire unit was replaced on Tuesday, it was miserable especially at the end of June in Florida. I've never been so disappointed in my life. I do have to say the view is beautiful.
