Please bring towels to Washering Machine & run a load, it really helps us get our next guests in on time.
Please provide a picture of the beach badges you were given at checkin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please Take garbage out on Sunday & Thursday Nights & Recycle on Mon night Red/ Blue Cans, only glass, plastic bottles, cans and cardboard allowed.
No Linens are provided, If Guest would like rental Linens for bedding and 1 Towel per guest a fee of $150 will be charged.
Bookings in April , May and June are required to wear wrist bracelets that are given at check-in Only Registered guests are allowed on property.

Wonderful experience

This house was very nice. I was impressed as I did not expect it to be as nice as it was! It was clean, spacious, and modern. I reccomend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay nearby the shore. The host Guy was also extremely friendly and helpful!

Excellent Stay at The Bada Bing Shore House!

My extended family and I stayed in The Bada Bing Shore House and it was an excellent experience. This was our 1st time to Seaside Heights. The host, Guy, was amazing, friendly and accommodating. He gave us his local recommendations and they were spot on. The house is a very short walking distance to everything you need, boardwalk, beach, waterpark, restaurants and bars. The lower level family/game room was excellent and a great place to spend the evenings. I am very picky when renting properties and this one met all of my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

End of summer vacay

The home was exactly as advertised. Couldn't have been a better experience. The owner was personable, easily reachable and accommodating. There was plenty of room to spread out , to be together and just enjoy a late September weekend in Seaside Heights. Would give this more than 5 stars if available. You wont be disappointed if you rent this home for your vacation. Its' close to the beach, boardwalk and night life. We will seriously consider returning at some point in 2023.

A few hiccups, but great property manager.

When my group first arrived, there had been a scheduling issue that kept us out of the house for the first night. Guy was quick to get us set up in the other building on the property for the night and got the original one set up very quickly the next day. The house itself had some minor issues that are being worked on, but nothing detrimental to the stay. Would recommend this property or any other under Guy.

Great Time!

We just got back from a week at the Bada Bing for my daughters 16th birthday. We had 5 teens and 3 adults. Check in - Guy was so nice inviting us to come down earlier than the check in time because the house was ready. This was so helpful. Check in was flawless. The house was clean and ready to go. Beds were made and comfortable. Parking was easy and having the use of the garage was nice. Guy is a super host and was very responsive to any of our questions! Walking distance to the beach although we did head over to Island Beach State Park a few days. $6 a car load, beautiful untouched areas. Swimming area #1 has a beautiful beach, bar & grill, snack stand and bathrooms. Explore this area it is a New Jersey gem. Head to the Crabs Claw one night in Lavalette. Delicious dinner and drinks, outdoor music and while we waited for our table there were stores available that we went shopping in to pass the time. RJ's Watercraft was great. Kids went on waverunners twice and Ray one of the owners gave us a great deal on renting a pantoon boat for a half day. The kids loved it as we rode about 5 miles down the bay to an area called Tices Shoal where boaters all dock and hangout, jump in the water and sunbathe. Lots of fun! Our experience at the Bada Bing and Seaside Heights was fantastic and happy memories made for my daughter's 16th birthday.

A wonderful stay with friends!

From the start, the communication was excellent with Guy. He always responded to my messages quickly and was very patient with my questions. The property was great, and it's the same as advertised. The home was super clean and roomy. My friends and I had a great time in the game room! The location couldn't be better; it was 2 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Everything was seamless; the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, quick, and easy! Overall, Guy is a fantastic owner and accommodated all of our needs, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay in a Great Area

From the beginning, the communication with the owner Guy was excellent. Everything we expected was as advertised. The house is in a quiet area at the northern part of Seaside Heights, only a couple blocks from the boardwalk and Ortley Beach. Also, we did some crabbing at the bay only a 3 minute bike ride away. My daughters enjoyed playing in the game room downstairs while my wife and I enjoyed the sun deck on the 3rd floor. The convenient location made our trip so relaxing with the beach and boardwalk on a couple blocks away. I highly recommend this property for a nice family vacation.

Good experience

House was roomy and very nicely updated. Didn’t know the area- it proved to be busier than anticipated, however the house is located at a good distance from the hubbub of the boardwalk. The first night (Sat) had a fair amount of street noise from party goers but after that was quiet. Owner was great- good communication, prompt responses. Check in and out was seamless.
