This is a wonderful place. Nice and quiet, but close enough to everything you want to see or do. The house was immaculate, with nice bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The host was very responsive for check in. Plus an added bonus was the very nice and friendly donkeys and goat. Overall a great stay, would book with them again.
This house was great for just my husband & me. I loved the donkey decor. It was fun to visit the donkey next door. We even got a visit from a neighbor's dog. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very responsive & helpful. We loved the fire pit. The only downside was that it was about 30 minutes from Natural Bridge or Red River Gorge but we knew this ahead of time & were ok with it.
It was a wonderful stay loved the area and all the amenities -the only thing missing for us was a cookie sheet because we wanted to make biscuits for breakfast
I cannot say enough how CUTE this was we were so happy we found it. Loved the animals and will definitely stay again.

Clean sheets left on top of one of the beds and I just put them on the dresser and yes, there was everything we needed to cook. It was a wonderful experience.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very unique. All of the activities we wanted to do in the area were within an easy drive. The home was well furnished and included everything we needed.
The home was wonderful and very comfortable! Timmy was an excellent communicator and very quick to respond. We absolutely loved our daily visits with JJ, the sweet donkey. We made sure to walk over to visit him each day and give him a treat. The donkey decor in the home was absolutely adorable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. We would highly recommend!

Very clean with many amenities. Host was very responsive in a timely manner. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We felt at home and enjoyed the festive decorations. A great stay and we will be back!
Excellent property! The decor had us smiling the second we walked in. It was very clean, spacious and we felt at home.
Added bonus was being greeted by the neighborhood dogs and being able to visit with JJ. We hope to plan another long weekend in the area so we can spend time on the back patio and enjoy a fire.
Thank you for the hospitality Timmy!
Such a wonderful cottage full of charm! The decor is so fitting. JayJay was a hoot. The blonde dog was such a sweetheart. He greeted us upon our very late arrival with lots of love. We learned his name from the owner, Tubby. The amenities that the cottage offers were wonderful. It was a home away from home for us and we enjoyed every minute!Zero light pollution, neighbors really sweet! Be sure to grab a dozen eggs down the road, they are farm fresh. They offer honey and seasonal vegetables as well! The lift at Red River Gorge was amazing, Miguel’s barbecue sweet potato pizza was over the top! The waterfalls were flowing decently as well. Lots to see and do.Timmy, you were a wonderful host who went above and beyond. Thank you, we will be back.
This was such a cute & cozy house. Very clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved the property and amenities. Check in was simple, and the hosts were so hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to RRG. Love the fact that they offer a 1 night stay, that's very hard to find.
The house and property were really nice! We enjoyed our stay! The boys also enjoyed feeding the donkey. Everything we could have needed was available for us at the house.
Enjoyed our time here. Used it as a base for daily hikes in the area. Host communicated well. The cottage is neat, well decorated and made us feel very comfortable.
