Everything was perfect! We traveled to New Orleans for a baby shower and came to stay in Florida for a few days before heading back to Kentucky and this place couldn’t have been better! Amazing views, clean, well stocked and furnished, and made us feel right at home. We are already talking about coming back! Perfect location, not too busy but still close to restaurants, shops, coffee, and parks. Thanks for a great stay!

We didn’t use the pool because water was too cold (time of year); but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

Our Island Sands condo was right by the beautiful ocean. We could hear the surf and see the waves and breathe the sea air. The beach chair and umbrella service was convenient and essential. The washer/dryer kept sand at bay. Sarah was always available for questions and a repair we needed. It was a wonderful beach trip and you need to visit here, too.

We loved staying here. Top floor so excellent view of the ocean as soon as you walk in the door! The king size bed was soft and comfy, room was plenty big, lots of storage for clothes and suitcases. Both bathrooms are small but for just the 2 of us it was fine. Kitchen was very well stocked! Living room was cozy and comfy. Pleasantly surprised to find a small cooler and beach chairs for use in the closet! The only negative would be parking, someone used our “spot” the whole time but plenty of other non marked spots we could use so didn’t bother us but if you had mobility issues I could see it being a problem. Great location, we will def be back!

The condo was wonderful. You punch a code in at your check-in time and it’s a new lock so it works flawlessly. The unit was very clean when I walked in and staged beautifully. The AC will freeze you out if you want it to. Works great. Plenty of hot water and the kitchen has every tool and utility you could need. The view is spectacular. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings and relaxing on the balcony in the evening is an experience. The bed is so so comfortable I slept better than I have in a while. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with in the slim chance you would ever have a problem. To get to the water you go all the way down the stairs and take a left to the side of the building and go through the white gate to the water. The property is close to the end of the island so it’s really not crowded. 10/10 will return.
