Great location, walking distance to local attractions (museums, stadiums, restaurants). The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of five. I appreciated the large primary suite and the natural light in the en-suite bathroom. The alley behind the townhouse is quite narrow and parking took some creative maneuvering for two cars but it shouldn’t be an issue for one car or smaller cars. It’s a great location to walk or uber around town. We look forward to the next opportunity to explore more of the Pittsburgh area and stay at this lovely townhouse!

Could not recommend enough, 10/10, everything was beyond perfect. We had a group of 8 guys staying together for a guys weekend/baseball game and the space, check in, check out, communication, location, etc... could not have been any more perfect. We were a group of 7 in town for a ballgame. The location was perfect to walk to the stadium and downtown to explore. The house was immaculate and the check-in/out was so efficient! We received all the information we needed up front and the host responded to any questions we had quickly. Will definitely choose Avery House again if I’m back with a group!

This house was perfect for my family to share much needed quality time, joy, and lots of laughter for my daughter's graduation from Pitt. It is in a great location, is very clean and so nicely decorated! The owner was so great in accommodating us for our needs and was very prompt in any responses. I have taken many long weekend trips to Pittsburgh to watch Pirates games and rented many places. This is a top pick for sure!! Very close to the stadium. Only about 15 minute walk. I will definitely be renting again and hopefully for a longer stay!!! Having private parking is amazing and the private patio area is fantastic!! Not to mention all the upgrades on the interior! Also, the host responded quickly to all questions!!

The house was perfect for our needs (4 guys). Plenty of room to stretch out. Close to PNC Park which was our primary focus. There are 2 parking spots which is what we needed. The inside of the house is clean and modern. Fit and finish of the living space is great. There's also a great patio out the back of the house which we happily used. The dining room table was plenty large enough to accommodate a sizable gathering. Our host was great and was able to quickly drop off some extra items. Communication was always super responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and we'd be happy to stay there again.

Staying in the Pgh for the Marathon

Property is in a great location for access to downtown. Short walking distance to PNC. You can tell the owner has put a great deal of work into the property and takes pride in keeping it clean. This was perfect for the Pittsburgh marathon and Pirates game. Safe property in a charming neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.
