Beautiful house with a great location to walk to the beach, walk or bike to the stores and old bridge for fishing. Very pet friendly and the pool was perfect for a cool off.

The location of this house was excellent. We walked across the street to the beach. It was convenient to town so we could walk to shops and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults with plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. Hope to stay there on our next visit!

Our family loved staying at the Tipsy Pelican! It is a perfect location and is close to literally everything! The host was very prompt in communicating with us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great house and excellent rental company

This three bedroom house was perfect for several weeks in the winter. Great view of the ocean, right across from a boardwalk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of unexpected amenities. The bedrooms were very comfortable with quality linens and plenty of closet space in the master. The rental company was especially responsive and helpful to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach vaca

Loved every thing about the house except as non smokers the smoke smell was too strong. Had to keep opening doors to let fresh air in
