Welcome to our newly built luxury condo in the tranquil El Encanto neighbourhood of the world-class Punta Mita Resort. Our 4,850 sq. ft. condo features modern furnishings and stunning views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas. It is one of the largest condos in El Encanto where you can enjoy a large private pool, breakfast service, housekeeping, and concierge services during your stay. You'll also have access to four exclusive beach clubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a workout facility, and two signature golf courses. Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a BBQ, and indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces, including a large outdoor terrace, provides the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining the family. Why they chose this property
We love El Encanto for it azaming landscape and quiet vibe. It is centrally located, making it easy to get any where in the resort and into town.
What makes this property unique
We decided on this property because of its size. It is 4,850 sq. ft. of beautifully decorate indoor and outdoor living. Despite not being the penthouse it has panoramic views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas on one side, and expansive resort and Pacific ocean views on the other.
