My mother, who is 86, and us kids stayed at Port Place for three nights. It was absolutely perfect in every way. We attended a memorial and the rest of the time we spent at the property visiting. It was clean, comfortable, and the seating was fantastic. I would reccommend Port Place, you will not be disappointed.

Great location for visiting family in Lodi.. enjoyed the pool and walking in the neighborhood. Very well stocked .Our only issue was we could not connect to WiFi after many attempts but it really was not a problem for us to not have WiFi.

Best vacation rental we've had and this is about our 10th so well equipped didn't have to pack half of the things I brought because they were provided the host and hostess or absolutely wonderful we had a slight problem with the hot tub and the hostess was busy she sent her husband over the host and he fixed it for us just the entire stay was just absolutely wonderful I can't say enough about this property I'd like to probably stay there again next year when my godson and his fiance get married in the same town that we stayed in and Lodi California it was awesome thank you again to the host and his lovely lovely lovely wife both of them were just absolutely wonderful I couldn't ask for better host and hostess thank you

Great Location in Lodi, close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed for light meals, and the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The host was super responsive to anything that came up with the house that needed attention. Would definitely book again for our next stay in the area

Locals who needed a pet friendly place to stay while house being painted (interior).

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, well appointed and well-priced. Office space was a real plus for remote work. Spa was a welcome relief at the end of the day. Well located, downtown Lodi close, with shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. Although our use was somewhat specialized, I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful stay at Port Place

Our stay at Port Place was very enjoyable. The home was well furnished and exactly as advertised. It was in a very nice location convenient to stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The host was very responsive. Definitely would like to stay there when we next visit Lodi.

Oh my goodness - better than the pictures! This space was inviting, HUGE, and the communication with the host was 10/10. There were extra bathroom supplies, plenty of kitchen amenities, and the outdoor pool/jacuzzi area was perfect. Perhaps my favorite part was the indoor “switch on” fireplace; it heated so quickly and kept us warm the entire stay!

We had a great time at Port Place for the long weekend, we enjoyed the pool and the kitchen with everything we needed to make dinners at the house. We initially had an issue with the thermostat having an unknown PIN, but the property manager helped sort it out quickly.

Good Communication

The house is in a good neighborhood. The beds were comfortable as well as the living space. The property manager was quick to stop by when we noticed that some supplies were missing. The pool and hot tub took a bit to clean up and get ready to use but we figured it out (the little robot in the pool was non-responsive until my husband fixed it). We noticed at a later date, it looked like a pool person came by to clean, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

House was wonderful. They need to get the pool/hot tub working correctly. When we got there, the pool was at about 104 in the hot tub was probably at about 100. They did come out and look at it as soon as they could and then the pool was pool temperature after a couple of days in the hot tub was hot however, then the filter wasn’t working in the pool was dirty.Once they get their new heat system set properly for the pool and hot tub I would give it five stars

Great home, hot tub didn’t work, minimal communication

The place itself is well stocked and set up impeccably well. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely not working, despite multiple attempts and directly following the directions given. Moreover, I was required to sign a document saying that I couldn’t receive a partial refund for the advertised hot tub not working. I had to leave early, family emergency, and contacted through the VRBO app to explain the situation, only to be ignored and not hear back at all.
