It features an in-ground heated pool, a large Tiki hut/bar for hanging out by the pool, a wood dock to accommodate your boat, a sandy beach area overlooking the canal, a screened lanai and a brand new top of the line outdoor kitchen...and it's all located on a deep, wide, clear, flow-through canal with no bridges to the open ocean! It's truly an outdoor oasis and a boater's dream! Spend the afternoon out on the boat and/or exploring the canals with your snorkel gear then cook up your fresh catch and hang pool-side for the evening! Cudjoe Marina is right around the corner with a ramp and fuel and you are only 30 minutes to Key West or 15 minutes to Big Pine for all your shopping and conveniences.

The home itself is ground-level and is super spacious with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults, a bonus room with bunks for kids, 2 bathrooms, a large updated kitchen, separate dining and plenty of essentials. It's clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation!
