This house is located between Ocean City, and Assateague off 611. Bringing you to the heart of this summer playground, with a coastal vibe. Up to six guests will enjoy the comfort and proximity this home has to offer.

Located on a canal with views of the Assawoman bay and the Ocean. Close to the beach. Boat docking, stunning deck(With bay and Ocean views), along with patio great for outdoor dining.

The house is cozy and leisure is easy to achieve in any one of the rooms. The living room features two comfortable couches aimed at a flat screen TV, great for watching cable, or streaming something over WiFi.

There's gorgeous sun-room with comfortable couches an chairs in front of a beautiful view of the canal - a perfect place to enjoy conversation, wine, and reading a book.

A large kitchen and dining area provides you with everything you need to feed all the hungry mouths in your group. You'll love all the counter space, and the dining table. A dishwasher saves you time and effort on cleanup.

The house has three bedrooms and two baths, providing space for up to six people. A master suite features a queen-size bed and a private bath with sink and a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom has bunk beds and the third bedroom features a double bed.

A gorgeous backyard patio has chairs and tables for dining in fair weather, and a huge deck suitable for sunbathing and dinning. There's also a washer/dryer available for your convenience.

This home is perfect for a large family - head to the beach to fly kites, sunbathe, or kite surf if you're brave. A short Drive to the tennis and basketball courts is a great way to spend the afternoon, and helps work up an appetite. The adults can hit up happy hour at Sun Set Marina, and then meet up with the kids at one of the several restaurants close by., with many more just a little bit farther.

Perfect stay.

Perfect stay with wife and the dogs. Nice to step out side and on to the boat for some flounder fishing. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner Chris was a super nice guy.

Suited our family of 6 just fine. Chris was a great host… available when we needed, but then just let us be to enjoy. Perfect balance.Close to Assateague and OC. Kids fished and crabbed out the back.The deck up top was a nice feature as well.

Great vacation

Family enjoyed staying here. Nice and friendly neighborhood great location for us . Not too far away from everything but far enough away to enjoy some peaceful time. Chris was very responsive and was there whenever needed.

This is a great property! In such a cool location. My family had so much fun and really enjoyed staying here. It’s the perfect mix of being right in the middle of the action while also having a peaceful place to retreat to. Just a very short drive to OCMD boardwalk and beach and an equal distance to Assateague Island. We got to experience the best of both worlds and come home to a quiet place each night. The dog loved being with us which was a selling point for our family. My teens loved sunbathing on the upper deck and my husband and I enjoyed quiet evenings staring out at the bay and watching the birds. I will definitely book again!!!

Great location

This was our 3rd year coming back to this vacation home. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed sitting on upper deck watching the sunset after a day on the beach. Close to Assateaque and Ocean City. Great internet and cable service! Will be returning next year again!

Snug Harbor Stay

This property was a nice little place in a community that we have always love. It’s a good price for the amenities provided. There are a few little things that could done/fixed/cleaned that would make our review a 5 star review but the property manager was very responsive and helpful and overall we were very happy with the stay.

Nice quiet place to stay

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Ocean City and Assateague. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Enjoyed a lot of time outdoors at the canal and on the balcony. Chris was nice and very easy to communicate with and immediately took care of any concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay.

A nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside OC. Chris was a pleasure to work with and the place was clean and had everything we needed during our vacation. If you have a boat it's a bonus with it's own dock but we didn't need it until we find a boat. Very peaceful vacation which was much needed. Thanks for your hospitality. Sean and Shannon

Beach Bonanza

We had a great week. We are partial to the beach at Assateague and our grandkids like the boardwalk in Ocean City so Boater’s Paradise gives us the best of both worlds. There are good restaurants in the area. The house was spacious so we could bond as a family or we could spread out using the sunroom or rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked. Our host was very gracious.

Perfect!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! We took many trips to Assateague and Ocean City and this home was centrally located for both! The sundeck was great for the teenagers who wanted a break from the younger kids. Our fur baby loved the house as well. We had fun crabbing on the canal as well! Would definitely return!

We chose this property due to its proximity to Assateague Island. It was perfect. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for grandkids to stop by. The common area was spacious and well furnished. Great for a family dinner and playing games. The owners were very gracious and accommodating.

Perfect rental

We loved our stay! Perfect location. Clean and stocked. Owner very helpful and responsive. Neighborhood and neighbors nice and a good place to walk and look at sunsets. We loved having a place for our boat and it was the best place to launch from. Very close to Assateague and close to OC boardwalk, but away enough for some quiet afterwards. Highly recommended. Our second stay here and will hopefully be back.

Lovely house in a super pretty location handy to both OC and assateague. Private dock available, crabbing was great in the canal. House is well equipped with everything you could need. Huge plus to be able to include fur family. :) house was as clean as expected for a beach rental. Management is helpful and responsive. Had a great week.

We had a beautiful and quiet week. This home is in the perfect location set right between OC and Assateague. The home is comfortable and the beds are soft. So many nice places to sit and relax with a coffee sunrise or an evening sunset. We love the pet friendly feature and our two collies swam in the canal everyday fetching balls as well as being able to go to the beach on the pet friendly South Beach at Assateague Island Park. Something not many know is this park provides sand accessible wheelchairs for those disabled to walk to the beach. You get a key at the ranger station and there are 5 locations within the park that unlocks a wheelchair in a tiny shelter right by the handicap parking. Perfect for my mom that had not been to the beach in years. We like to support local restaurants and dined mostly in the town of Berlin 5 minutes away. Raynes Reef for breakfast, Sterling Tavern and Blacksmith for dinner. Berlin is the coolest small town in America. Checkout is pretty early, but it helped to avoid some traffic.Thank you for a great comfortable week!

Great roof deck

A nice place on the canal with a wonderful roof deck with great views. It was fun to launch kayaks and paddle boards right at the house. Boys also enjoyed fishing from the back yard.
