The good: the home was clean, nice, in a good neighborhood, and very convient to the best the coast has to offer. That bad: the home is a few hundred yards from a railroad crossing so expect train horns throughout the night, there was a lock box to access the key on check in that it look us 5-10 minutes of messing with to get it to open, the stairs and railings are in some minor disrepair (not dangerous just a little rickety), and there are woodpeckers that have made their home in the posts of the porch and other areas around the house that will wake you up starting st sunrise. Overall not a bad stay but just beware of the downsides.
