Stormy and flooded weekend

The river beside our cabin got very high and out of the banks but not enough to ruin our weekend. The property stayed safe and sound all weekend even with the 10-12 inches of rain we endured. Close enough to Hot Springs plenty to do and the property itself was nice and cozy!

We had a great stay! The cabin is exactly as described - beautiful, clean, and right on the river. Even though it's located in town and between two main roads, it really feels like you're out in the country. DeGray Lake and DeSoto Bluff are just minutes away, and both Lake Ouachita and Hot Springs are an easy drive (less than an hour).The location is incredibly convenient, and the host was wonderful. While you can hear distant traffic noise outside, it’s hardly noticeable once you’re inside the cabin, unless an airboat goes by, which just adds a bit of character to the experience. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again.
