This renovated home with all new furnishings in Collegedale offers 3 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed (queen and twin xl). The two bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and other essentials. This pleasant retreat also features a cozy family room (or designated work are) with a queen size sofa bed. Guests can unwind in the AC-cooled home or take advantage of the shaded back porch with swing and seating area. High speed internet makes it easy to stream your favorite shows on any of the five Roku televisions. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking essentials, appliances, drip coffee maker and Keurig (starter coffee available). Guests have access to the garage, washer/dryer and spacious driveway. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Collegedale and our house has to offer.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and up to date. So many comfy blankets and plenty of sitting room for relaxing with family that we came to visit. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Easy to get to and from SAU if that is your intent for visiting the area. Plenty of parking as well. Brenda was a great host and reached out to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She also offered a late check out, which was so kind! Would definitely stay here again in the future!
