Modern and completely renovated apartment. Full equipped and located 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Luquillo is a town where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and surfing spots, many adventures with nature such as trips to the only national forest in the U.S
"El Yunque", horseback riding on the beachT ATV adventures, beachfront dining, etc.

Brisa Fresca has an excellent location. Drive away minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The property has central air, queen bed with a sofa bed that converts into a full bed, Wi-Fi, balcony with an outside table to enjoy the breeze, 55" smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and more.

With its excellent location the property is located close to multiple activities. "Los Kioskos de Luquillo". Over 25 local beachfront restaurant strip. One of our favorites is "La Parrilla". Takes surfing lessons at " La Pared Beach". Visit "El Yunque", located 10 minutes away from the property, is the only rainforest under US Flagship. Enjoy charter boats experience from Fajardo, there are many boats you can charter to visit the beautiful islands of Icacos and Palomino where you can enjoy beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, snorkeling and an unforgettable experience! You can choose from large boats that sell by ticket or smaller boats you can rent out for private trips with a captain.

The condominium has reserved private parking space, swimming pool facilities, Access to green areas with playground and swings for children and a basketball court.

Luquillo perfect spot

The key location was a little tricky at first since there are multiple commercial parking lots in the area and SO many lock boxes. After I figured that out though everything else was simple and absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend this unit and location.

To be honest when i drove up to the location i was terrified because the building definitely is in need of a major upgrade and i was concerned that i may have been duped. The photos did not include one of the outside...However, i will say once i got to the room i was happy. It was as described, clean and well managed. The rental is exactly what i needed for my short stay.Thank you
