We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect place/space to meet up with our family. Appreciated having a garage and being so close to the downtown area. We did have a problem with the rear door key pad, but then we just used the front door for entry.

House was great, very clean, and spacious. We had one bed out of 5 that was broken but luckily we didn’t need it. My only recommendation would be to have some better pots and pans. But I would 100% rent this home again.

The house is very convenient to downtown and all the things Nashville has to offer. The carport /garage parking area is wonderful. The house is comfortable. We enjoyed the trip and would consider staying there again. The host responds quickly. The beds are comfortable

This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. Unfortunately the bed and closet situation would keep me from rebooking this house. The beds are cheap, not comfortable and one was broken. One bedroom has lots of closet space, one has limited closet space and one has no closet space. There are no dressers or wardrobes to store clothes and 4 hangers in the whole house. The house is otherwise great as a home base for spending time in Nashville. It’s a beautiful place that needs better furniture and appointments. Also the dishwasher was broken.

Beautifully remodeled home! Comfortable in every way! Quiet! Cute neighborhood.Great communication with host from start to finish. The only thing to be aware of if you’re renting, there are no staples. Bring your own salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice home. The description was accurate, the furnishings were comfortable. It is an approximate 7-10min Uber/Lyft ride downtown, but certainly longer considering traffic. Still it was convenient in a quiet neighborhood. My only negative was kitchen supplies. They had most dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, pots. pans, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. However, the only condiments/ food supplies, were coffee and salt and pepper. No sugar, creamer, water, nothing. We didn't expect them to supply food, we ordered instacart. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed 6 hours, so by the time we arrived it was too late. We had it delivered the first thing the next morning. A water glass and water from the faucet had to suffice. Just in my experience I've never stayed in a rental that was so limited.

The place was very nice . Enough room and the building is renovated. Driving to the center of the town was easy and short distance . The only thing which was not major but could be better that the furnitures in the main living room was light color and looked dirty. The Kitchen could have more tools like a wine opener when you need it not to run to buy one . In general , I recommend this place to people. The house was beautiful and well designed. We really liked the place .

This place was great and clean with a very short ride or walk to so many fun places! I did have to reach out for a door code when I got there, but they immediately responded even though it was kind of late.

Host was very welcoming. The only thing I would suggest it the heat registers be secured tot he floor, they slid off the duct in more than one occasion, some could step in the hole. We had no issues with getting hurt but the registers did slide off more than once.
