The Space:

Just off of the living area, open the sliding glass doors to a private patio overlooking the gorgeous greenbelt with breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy the abundance of sunshine on the back patio, outfitted with plenty of lounge seating as well as a gas BBQ. The main bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, access to the private patio, and a newly upgraded ensuite bathroom, outfitted with a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, and another ensuite bathroom. This home has a separate private courtyard with outdoor seating, providing multiple outdoor entertaining zones. This home also comes with exclusive access of a 2 car garage.

Guests will have full access to Santa Rosa Cove community amenities, including 10 swimming pools and spas and 3 Tennis Courts, as well as 24/7 Front gate security.

You will not have resort privileges with this rental, but you are welcome to dine at the Resort restaurants, walk the Resort grounds, Golf at the Resort Courses and utilize the World-Renowned Spa for a fee.
