Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled you loved the seclusion and the setting, and so glad the hot tub was a highlight. There’s nothing quite like unwinding out there after a day of exploring. We really appreciate your honesty about the furnishings and setup. Your notes on the patio seating, the bedroom curtains, and the bathroom counter space and mirrors are exactly the kind of details that help us make the home more comfortable, and we’ve shared them with the owner as we look at updates. Guests should feel the stay is worth every penny, and we take that seriously. It means a lot that you’d consider coming back. Thank you so much for this beautiful review! It's clear you truly soaked in everything this cabin has to offer, from the hot tub views and the artistry in every nook, tile, and niche. The owners have poured so much love into this home, and it means the world that you noticed and appreciated those details. It sounds like your group made the most of your stay, too. Fly fishing, grouse hunting, hiking, biking, and a trip into Creede is about as perfect a mountain getaway as it gets! Also, thank you for the helpful tips for future guests, especially the reminder about slippers for the gravel path and keeping an eye on kids and pups after dark. We couldn't agree more with your advice: put the phone down and enjoy the view. It is the highlight of our home! We'd love to welcome you (and your dogs!) back anytime you're in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful, secluded setting, the views, and the many activities Creede has to offer. We’re also happy that our team was able to respond quickly when you contacted us about the odor and have someone come out to investigate. We’re sorry that the odor affected your ability to use the upstairs bedroom and understand how inconvenient that must have been for your group. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sofas and will be sure to share your comments with the appropriate team. It sounds like you had a wonderful time exploring the area, and we appreciate all of the recommendations you shared for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you found the stay relaxing and enjoyed the seclusion and beautiful views. It’s great to know that you appreciated the wildlife and had a positive experience with communication. We look forward to welcoming you back for future stays!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin, especially the hot tub, sauna, and beautiful location. We’re sorry for the concerns you experienced regarding the water. The home is on a well system, which is common in more remote areas, and while the water is safe for typical household use, we do provide a filtered drinking water system in the kitchen for added comfort and peace of mind. We understand how the smell can be off-putting at times and appreciate you bringing this to our attention—we will review how this is communicated in the listing to ensure expectations are clear. We also understand that the location may feel more remote depending on your plans, and we appreciate your perspective on the overall value. Your feedback is very helpful as we continue to improve both the guest experience and our communication.

Jeremy, Thank you for your recent review. We are delighted to hear that you felt VRC as a management company had excellent response time when you TV suddenly stopped working on a Sunday! We are so glad that we could deliver a new one for you within 2 hours. However, we regret that you noticed pet hair on the furniture; our staff has been notified to pay more attention to the condition of the furniture for future reservations. We appreciate your feedback and are honored to call you our guests. We look forward to hosting you in the future for a perfect stay! Warm regards, -Holly

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable amenities, reliable Wi-Fi, and the peaceful mountain setting. It’s wonderful to know you were able to take advantage of the decks, hot tub, hiking, stargazing, and even spot some local wildlife during your stay. We're especially happy that the cabin felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming for both your family and your dog. We also appreciate your helpful feedback. We'll look into the sauna to make sure it's operating properly, inspect the queen bed you mentioned, and check on the odor in the upstairs bedroom to ensure everything is as it should be. Your note about the ice trays is also appreciated, and we'll consider adding more for future guests. Thank you as well for mentioning the road access. We always recommend following our directions rather than GPS for the first trip, especially for guests unfamiliar with the area, and we're glad you highlighted that for others. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway—perhaps when fire restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the fire pit too!

Thank you so much for this glowing review! We’re absolutely thrilled that you had such a rejuvenating experience and loved everything from the design of the home to the incredible views. It’s wonderful to hear that the mix of rustic and modern, along with the hot tub and sauna, made your stay both cozy and luxurious. We’re honored that you consider it the best view in the area, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another perfect mountain getaway! -Erika

Thank you also for noting the location on the forest road—that’s helpful feedback for future guests, and we’re happy to hear you still found it easy to navigate and appreciated the convenient access to Creede and ample parking. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, convenient location, and well-stocked amenities, and that our cabin felt like home during your Colorado vacation. We appreciate your understanding regarding the lack of air conditioning, which is common in our mountain area, where temperatures are typically much cooler. We look forward to welcoming you back to stay again!

Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review. We hope to see you back again in the near future!
