Meticulously remodeled with luxury, comfort and beach vacations in mind. Walk directly to the beach using the steps at the end of the cul-de-sac. A 5 minute stroll brings you to shops, delicious restaurants and the Pier. The open single level floor plan, easy parking and stunning ocean views from the living room contribute to a relaxing peaceful stay. We are fully stocked for you including foam surf boards, body boards, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, yard games, and in home washer and dryer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
LOG OUT and TURN OFF: Log out of streaming services. Turn off AC, Heat, Fans and Lights.
目 BEACH TOWELS: Wash and dry the beach towels and leave them in the dryer. Hang remaining used towels inside. Please wash the sand from all used beach items and return them to their proper location.
CLOSE and LOCK UP: Close Windows and Blinds. Locks doors. Return lemon key chain with key & garage remote to the wooden bowl.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love skiing, mountain biking, surfing and eating great food. San Clemente has been our go to beach/surf vacation with our family for years. This home is a dream come true for us. We look forward to making many future memories here and we are excited to provide that same opportunity for our guests.

Why they chose this property

San Clemente provides the perfect balance of recreation and relaxation. It rarely if ever feels over crowded but it is hopping enough to have live music on weekends. We walk to everything!

What makes this property unique

We have decorated our single family home with luxury and function in mind. The washer and dryer, garage, AC and yard create a level of ease and comfort. Pick lemons from the tree (in season), curl up on the comfortable sofa, walk to a from delicious restaurants or cook your own meals in the beautifully renovated kitchen. Location, location, location!
