Inside, a comfortable main living area makes it simple to unwind and dine together. Outdoors, you’ll find multiple spots to lounge, including a hammock and seating areas ideal for coffee at sunrise or stargazing at night. Restore and recharge in the hot tub after a day on the trails or beach. Downstairs, a game room with a ping pong table keeps the fun going, and the washer/dryer makes longer stays easy.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in front of the home or in the driveway. No overnight street parking is allowed.

• Beach access: A trail from the property leads to a private section of the Anchor Bay Beach entry.

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, area-wide speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located downstairs in the ping pong/game room.

• Bathrooms: There is one bathroom upstairs and one bathroom in the private quarters downstairs.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly; fees may apply if evidence of pets is found.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: Anchor Bay Village is about 1 minute away for the market and restaurants. You’re also close to the Gualala Bluff Trail, Cooks Beach, Gualala Arts Centre, Bower Park, and a short drive to Gualala Point Park.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
