Great place with updated amenities! Convenient location to many beaches and trails. Check out the hidden loft in the master bedroom! The cooking pots and pans have been very well loved and some of the kitchen equipment could use a refresh
Beautiful house with modern appliances and furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools and seasonings which appreciated. The toilets were amazing because they were electric. The location was so peaceful and I would highly recommend to anyone. We wish we stayed longer.
High tech home, surrounded by redwoods. We were hoping for easily accessible walking paths around the property. These could be developed.

A peaceful retreat
This is a charming property with forest views. The couch was nice and comfortable and perfect to enjoy the theater projector on. The rooms all had personality. The kids enjoyed the hidden attic nook up the ladder in the master bedroom. Perfect play to stay and enjoy the California coastline.
Big, clean house. Quiet, private setting in the woods. Very luxurious amenities. Comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms, nice appliances, perfect auto-climate control. We were amused by all the tech features. Everything worked great. We never got to try out the projector/ Apple TV but it looked amazing.Only downside: It's a Vacasa rental with the standard Vacasa 10am check out time. In all the decades that I have been booking vacation rentals all over Northern California, I have never encountered such an early check out time. Too bad Vacasa has that policy.

Forest splendor
A bear may go in the woods but you’ll enjoy great luxury in this forest cabin with its glorious toilets. Warm seats? Yes! Automatic seat? Yes! Bidet? Yes! I am now obsessed and need to get me one of these for my own home. Come for the beautiful forest but stay for the glorious toilets!
Very nice stay, everything you could need. Modern esthetics in a woodsy peaceful setting. Large sofa in the living room. We had some trouble with the electronics. Beds-super comfy, 10/10

The Great Escape!
This was a wonderful place to get away, enjoy cooler weather, and relax. The house was perfectly stocked and furnished for what we needed and I worked a few days remotely and the WiFi was just fine. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, but other than that we had no complaints!
Comfortable, private, clean, and well maintained. A wonderful place for a retreat.

Lonely stay! Absolute gem
This is such a lovely find! Cabin in a redwood grove but right next to the beach! Stylistically like Sea Ranch but your own private haven and driving distance to Anchor Bay, Gualala and Point Arena. Amazing starry sky and Hwy 1 beaches and sea bluff hikes. Set up fantastic with projector and Apple TV for lounging and R&R

Beautiful cabin! Responsive owners!
This was a great place to stay for our vacation. The cabin was quiet and secluded,. We loved the walk down to the ocean each morning on our way to the local coffee shop. At night we used the wood burning stove and curled up for a movie on the big screen. Very romantic getaway. Can’t wait to come back here!
