Good communication. We loved everything about the room. The room at everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Small things like no problems parking, no large crowds made it that much better.

We had a great time and hope to go back again! Steven is incredible and is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. Everything was very clean and the appliances looked new. Great location and great ocean view from the balcony. The beach was a very short walk away. Also, there are two pools that were super nice on the hot days.
View from the balcony.

Ocean view was great. You need to go up three flights of stairs to get to door. Steps were very dirty. Did not look like they were cleaned in a long time. Pool was clean and well maintained. Condo did not have everything that was advertised. (No cable TV) AC was two room air conditioners that were very loud. Furniture could be updated. Especially the couch. We come to Mertle Beach twice a year and for the price we paid was disappointed. The positive was plenty of safe parking.
