You won't believe that this sweet bungalow, nestled in the woods, is across the street from Texas State University campus. This fully renovated house is walking distance to wonderful, eclectic downtown San Marcos, grocery, shopping, restaurants, bars, and the spring-fed San Marcos River- for swimming and tubing.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, inside laundry, hardwood and tile floors, and front and back covered porches to watch the deer (they like snacks :)
Sleeps up to 6: comfortable queen bed, pull-out full sized sofa bed, and 2 single sized futon beds. Wi-fi, BBQ, & TV. All linens, pillows, towels, dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment included.
Available month to month.
You will be sorry to leave!
