Julie was so easy to work with.. She responded quickly and even let us know ahead that there was work being done in the balconies in the building; presenting us with very reasonable options…. The work did not affect us at all….the condo was very comfortable. While the balcony does not face the ocean, there are still great ocean views and beautiful sunsets to watch right from the balcony!.. The kitchen lacked nothing for food prep, and the beach and pool were steps away…. The laundry facility was easy to use as well. My husband and I were both impressed and had a great stay.

We loved this condo! It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s right on the beach and it has a pool too. The balcony looks out to the parking lot more than we anticipated, but we were out and about all day so it didn’t bother us! Staying on the south side was also a huge bonus. Traffic gets pretty congested and busy towards the north side. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, has direct beach access, a pool, and off the beaten path… this condo is perfect!

Loved this condo! The condo was beautiful, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfy and the view was outstanding.Since we flew to Ft Myers, having the beach chairs, umbrella and beach bags available was great, Julie has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

My wife and I spent a week at this condo and all I can say is that this condo was perfect for us. Anything that we might have needed or thought we could use, Julie, our host, had it there for us to use. The outside was also perfect. The pool was nice but for us being a few steps from the beach and the warm waters of the gulf was exactly what we wanted. We liked it here so much we have already booked this condo for next year.

Let me start out with saying the pictures dont do this place justice, I mean they are beautiful but to actually go in the condo is absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless and the condo smelled so good when we arrived. Everything you could possibly need is provided.Including all beach accessories.The decor is so adorable as well.The ocean wasn't the prettiest being there were storms out in the ocean but that's mother nature for you.If you're a fisherman, let me tell you, my husband caught we'll over 200 fish in 6 days and yes off the surf.And I found over 300 shells that were all beautiful. I cant say enough good things about this condo, but we will be back if we ever get to go back to FM.Well worth the cost for such a beautiful place and a short walk to the beach.Can't wait to visit again.

Great Condo

Stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. Spacious for 4. By far one of the cleanest VRBOs we have rented! Super clean, very cute decor! And all of the extras we very much appreciated, wagon, beach gear, kids toys, etc., as well as a condiments, hair dryer, and we even found bandaids when we needed them. Great week!!

Morning beach walks & evening sunsets

This condo had everything & was the perfect location for us to enjoy doing the things we love best. The expansive beach will be even better once the renourishment project is finished. So many shells! The kitchen was well equipped, the remodeled bath with walk in shower was light & bright, & the king size bed very comfortable. Balcony was great for morning coffee. TV & internet worked like a charm. EB&T is well managed & the community is very friendly. We enjoyed musical entertainment evenings, a Super Bowl party & weekly ice breakers. Five stars!
