I also appreciate your honest note about the bed. I’m sorry it wasn’t as comfortable for your preference. Mattress comfort really does come down to personal taste, and I understand how a firmer setup can make it harder to rest well if you’re used to something softer like memory foam. We’ll keep your feedback in mind as we look at future updates. It’s great to hear that overall you still had a wonderful stay and found it to be a good value. Thank you for staying with us! I’m glad you had a nice stay at Pointe Royale and enjoyed the location and amenities the community has to offer. I appreciate the specific feedback about the pillows and coffee maker. Comfort matters, especially after a full day exploring Branson, and it sounds like the current pillows could use some attention. The suggestion for a newer coffee setup is a good one as well. A combination coffee maker with both a carafe and K-cup option would certainly offer more flexibility for guests, and we’ll share that recommendation with the owner for consideration. Smoking is not permitted inside or near the property and maybe coming from the nearby unit. The cigarette smoke smell you mentioned is not the standard we expect for our homes, and I completely understand how unpleasant that would be, especially if it carried onto the towels as well. I’m also sorry the balcony view did not match your expectations from the listing description. That’s understandably disappointing when you’re looking forward to enjoying that space. Had we known during your stay, we'd be happy to replace the towels and reclean the unit for you. We’re taking your comments seriously and will have this unit reviewed thoroughly for both deep cleaning standards and accuracy of the listing description. Feedback like yours is important in helping us correct things quickly.
