- This condo offers parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis. Please note that parking passes are required, and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
